I hate to say it but Police Department should give a minimum membership to gyms for these police officers. You cannot protect the public if you are that overweight. What happened to physical fitness standards?
There is a reason that paper complaint forms and FOIA request forms must be readily available, not all citizens have access to internet, nor are all citizens computer literate. Especially older citizens. So paper forms must be given on request. No exceptions. Also officers are required to ID when they have an interaction with citizens because a fake officer likely cannot tell his name and badge number. So when officers refuse to ID, they are not legally police officers. That's why department have it in their policy to ID to citizens when they ask for it.
Ya and that ugly cross-eyed Sarah Sanders is trying to block FOIA requests to hide her criminality. One of the worst states in the country. STOP VOTING FOR REPUBLICANS. they are all lying corrupt criminals.

Camden always has been and always will be a laid back good ol boys town. The possible reason why the forms weren't readily available was they simply just didn't think to put them out there. It it my belief that there's no malicious intent there as I have dealt with several of the officers. All of them to my knowledge have been good honest officers. It is nice they were doing an audit, but the way they went about it was pretty odd.
They went there I believe because there was grapevine chatter that they did not have complaint forms for the public.. And they went there to address that issue.. which is exactly what they did, after a stroll threw the lot..

You don’t need a form for FOIA .. you can write it on any piece of paper.. it’s very simple.. you can do it anonymously just need to have it sent to an accessible location I.e. email, usps $ per page, or thumb drive.. electronic is free.. paper costs by the page..
