Well me personally have a hard time with manga so it’s much easier to watch anime. Some flashbacks are useful and even strengthens the emotional nature of the situation as long as flashbacks are not overdone. I think of filler as giving other characters time to shine or add to the story. I will admit that the timing can mess up with my mind. The 4th ninja war has lots of that. When watching the fight against Obito and suddenly in the middle we are yanked away for something else in the distant past that kills the urgency of the situation.
Wym fights in the anime are badly paced ??? And flashbacks in my opinion add to the viewing pleasure, one of the reasons why Naruto has the best fights in anime

Studio Perridot did the same thing with Tokyo Ghoul in terms of censorship. Hell they just half assed Chapter 125 of Tokyo Ghoul Re:.
The anime comes from manga so if anything the anime messes up the continuity. That's where all the inaccuracies should be.

Sp hates sakura they even cut her good scenes and dialogue
