Nice fly! RIP Cordell Baum Jr. I still have variations of his Electric Dreads that I tied.

Great little shrimp. Looking forward to trying that pattern out in Texas for redfish and sheepshead. Thank you for sharing.

Smh man when you mentioned biscayne having bigger bones. I just can’t wait until I get some time again. That’s the only inshore species to this day I haven’t been able to achieve living on the west side...I really picked up on fly fishing when I was a little boy, break off an artificial in the bushes across a canal or wherever and would just pretend I was flip walkers cay edition which I’m sure any kid growing up in early 90s can relate to watching but with my spinning rod and reel 😂false casting. I never picked up a fly rod until I was in my 20s. Having caught those once in a lifetime fish in pretty much every inshore species less a bone on spinning gear, live bait, traditional artificial etc. I went for it and man what a whole different world. You make it look easy I need more practice 😅😂🤣 I’m sure like everything else comes with time. Still a beautiful color and pattern for our “Tanic” waters on the west coast 🤙
