This looks amazing! Great job. However, I looked at the carb count on the sugar free chocolate caramel bars, and for 4 pieces it's 25 grams of carbs. very high for keto low carb diet. I was able to find a channel who made low carb caramel chocolate bar like this. Using the Russell Stover may definitely raise the blood sugar to high, just an FYI. But, I am going to make your pie after I make the low carb chocolate caramel bars and try your recipes. My mouth was watering. Thanks for sharing.
Hey! Thanks so much. Glad you like the recipe :). The bars look high in carbs but you would subtract the sugar alcohols/any fiber from the total carbs for the NET carbs. They really aren't too bad this way! They are designed to be low carb but unfortunately all labels have to state the "total carbs" regardless of the type. Even myself, I have issues with people assuming my product is high in carbs when it just looks that way before you subtract the sugar alcohols and fiber. :D Hope this helps!
