Thankfully there's a place that sells this thing, only one left LOL, but it's at a ridiculously low price for how much it would cost nowadays, and I'm going to do a review on it :D
Do you want to make a Hungarian saber? Sabre is actually an asian type of sword, first introduced to Europe by the avars and later by the Hungarians during the Hungarian Conquest of the Carpathian Basin in the late 9th cent. The sword was later adopted by the Polish, Austrians and many other nations The english word sabre/saber (and the Polish szabla) also comes from the Hungarian word szablya. It would be great to see a fine Cold Steel manufactured Hun. szablya, either a conquest type, or even more a hussar version from the 1848-'49 revolution :)
+Shifu Master Bulgarian 6th century cavalry saber. A short saber with a curved handle like flintlock pistol. A little crossguard. Just like the shashqua but with crossguard.
Middle TN Racing Yeah, it does. Although another question is- why did they keep that part in there at all, if the blade didn't respond well to the flex test. It leaves me not knowing what to think, which isn't particularly good. I'd like one of these, but now I'm on the fence. I also can't find any review for any of Cold Steel's sabers.
TheArcadianKing It' isn't a flex test, its a break test. There are no swords that could retain its original shape after bending 90 degrees. Also keep in mind, that cold steel swords have little distel taper, wich makes this even more impressive.
+Iridionprime I'm not so sure. In these videos they cut gutted pigs in half with a single swing and I've heard of Renaissance germans carrying "hunting swords" for protection against wild animals. Now I've never seen anyone got up against a bear with a sword but I do know they have been killed with spears, .22's and scared off with bear mace.
Fencer? Not so much. He lunges first with his leg and only extends his arm once he's close. He missed the first day of fencing lessons! Point, arm, leg... in that order. Always. And nobody uses the point in sabre with their thumb on top like that! His had should be palm down.
Why would you guys ever discontinue this sword?
I have held this sword and it's absolutely awesome in the hand and is gorgeous. I'm surprised the sword didn't sell better.

Dimitar Dimitrov from the description it is similar to the Hungarian saber used in the 8th-10th oeriod. But what's with it? What's your point?
They have now. The Polish saber is much more similar to a szablya that anything else they've made.
What are your thoughts on Charlemagne's Saber?
proud to be an austrian man! :()
I'm Austrian but why the Turkish emblems?
This is the Hungarian hussar saber in the Austro-Hungarian Army. 1904 M type of cavalry saber.
Was this the same weapon that wounded Gavrilo Princip after he shot Archduke Fernand?
Excelente video y excelente sable! Por que lo habrán des continuado? El desempeño de los presentadores muy impresionante!

When you do the combo correctly
Bring it back
Another sword we will never see again.
Can you test knives and swords on steel or iron? For example, how knives can hit the steel armor.
how ended the blade after the torsion???
Probably terribly, hence the cut.
its not a matter of how bent but how far it goes with out breaking
Make video about DADAO
it's very interesting idea, I think
What happened to the audio in this clip. the voiceover is GONE.
Can't find it online...not even on their us website...they still making it???
I'm hoping the video didn't cut off because the sword stayed bent after being flexed, looks kinda bad.

The question is, do i get the same quality like in this video?
I don't think so !

Austria???
This is Hungarian 🇭🇺
Saber word comes from Hungarian "szablya" (~sabya), "szab" means "cut" ;)
Ok, in 1904 the Empire was Austria-Hungary Empire, so the name is not a big mistake :)
Bon les types tapent comme des sourds je les prends quand ils veulent au sabre de cavalerie. ....
