The competition consisted of many interesting (hard) sections: Barneys Rubble, Double Trouble, Revine of Doom.

@@endurodka Here in America these type of races guys run IRC Ve33, Dunlop at81, mitas 754 xt, or Dunlop mx33. The American knobbies are much better for mud, as we don’t use FIM spec.

C’mon Mate these guys are the Beez, sometimes they all have to flap their wings just a little bit harder. THEY ARE THE BEASTS OF THEIR CRAFT, LET THEM FIGHT FOR IT!!!
Who are the masochists that map these courses? I enjoy watching riders race motorcycles, but watching riders struggle to get their bikes through terrain that is not a motorcycle trail is lame. I want to see riding skills, not struggle skills. The sport of Hard Enduro has become ridiculous.
Far more important than it not suiting your chosen aesthetic is the fact that riders want to ride these courses, which is why these events are continually sold out and driving a resurgence of interest in the sport of enduro. If you make the courses easier so that almost no one struggles, then the genuinely skilled and talented riders merely get to demonstrate that they can quickly and easily ride around an easy course. Keeping things simple/easy doesn't push anyone or advance a sport.

@@theflow5269yup agreed! We see our competitors wanting more of the Hard Stuff not less! They don’t actually want races where you can ride around in 3rd and 4th gear all day! For myself at my age (61) I am somewhere in between but love watching these events.
