    Hurray!
    Waited for that 😊!
    The most difficult things in ladies style for me are:
    * The styling of the hand in the basic. Half of the video I tryied to understand what exactly are the hands part in the basic. I saw you have a video on hand styling in salsa, maybe you Can Do it also in bachata ❤️
    *Combinning the hands to the dance. I am trying to focus on the leader and on what he is leading me and I am forgetting to add the arm style.
    * My left hand styling, in the basic style, is lot more difficult.
    I think we will have Another video because you are about to come to 100 likes!! 💞

    For me, one of the most challenging elements in styling is making the moves sexy - for example, my local instructor said that I can look at my hips when doing booty roll, etc. - when I tried, I looked like I sprained my neck.. 😂

    • @MariusElenaBachata
      @MariusElenaBachata  3 года назад +1

      The best way is to take the techniques and add your personality and style in the moves. In this way you will always be sexy 😘😉🤗

      Marius & Elena Official Love it! But what if I have no sexiness in me.. 😅😳😫🥺🤦🏼‍♀️

      Being yourself is attractive(sexy). To fully embrace who you are is what Elena and Mariusz are encouraging i think.

      Practice in the mirror!!!

      Relax, enjoy the dance and let it show with a smile now and then. Don't be self conscious or tensed.
      When you do those arm movements, extend your arm fully and use all four beats to complete the movement. Don't be shy. And know that on the dance floor everyone else is occupied with their own dance.
      No you don't need to actually look at your hips, but you look slightly down on the side. Or in the direction of your arm movement.

    Hello Elena! I'm writing you from Russia. Thanks very much for you and Marius for so detailed lessons, there aren't so many goov bachata videos on youtube, so you're great for making them! As for lady styling, I would like to see small videos about most popular dance elements with your tips what lady styling can be used with them. For example when you and Marius are doing pretzel element you can comment, what ladies can do with this element from their part to make it look smart.

    This is great, but what if the Man is holding one of your hands? This styling seems for only free (no hand hold) turns, no?

    • @MariusElenaBachata
      @MariusElenaBachata  2 года назад

      Yes and no. Whatever styling you learn you can adapt to your moves.
      There are moments in which you are completely free, and the man doesn't hold the hands 😁

    For me, the hardest part is to realize when I have enough time and space to do which styling. I often realize it too late when I already missed the chance 🙈 Any advice for this?

    • @MariusElenaBachata
      @MariusElenaBachata  3 года назад +2

      With a lot of practice you will internalize the moves and everything will seem easier, or you will feel that you can do them faster.
      Of course, there are moments in which you might think you have time to do something but you don't. It's normal.
      But, as said, really knowing the technique and practicing will help you identify and take the oportunities.

    How to do these things with a partner?

    • @MariusElenaBachata
      @MariusElenaBachata  3 года назад +3

      With a lot of practice you will see that when you are partner dancing, you have a lot of "free" time.
      This is when you can add styling to your moves.
      Of course, if your leader is "crazy" and does non stop combos, you won't be able to do anything else...
