This is a really fun helicopter to fly especially for someone like me who is not even close to Alan's skill level, just basic 3D and flying around. I'd also like to throw out a plug for the Align Trex Shop. I picked mine up from them and have placed orders for my other Align heli's for parts etc. Not affiliated in any way, just happy with their service and tech support.
The tb70 is such a great kit I've learned to love it more than my sab 700 raw although they both have their differences The align kit seems to be much more simple to repair and work on. But I do find that the landing gear is weak and breaks easy.
Everyone seems to like the look of the 1800rpm on the videos so I figure I'd do a few. I prefer it at 2krpm as it seems to be the sweet spot. No issues with anything now using the newer 15mm wide belt
