Great job - planning a similar build here for the Satoh S370D 15hp. Appreciate your work, and thanks!

We have a Satoh S370D, 15hp and it was recently rebuilt. Runs like new and has a frightening amount of power! However, we also have a 50" blower unit with no motor that I was planning to add a snowblower engine to it like yours, and mount it on the front. I am hoping a 16hp engine will do the work. We need the loader first, unfortunately, as it is just a bare tractor right now. Very smart idea and well done - thanks a lot for sharing your project and inspiration. Your video is great quality btw. Cheers!

Well done! Funny to see a 23hp blower on a 16hp tractor. I just got my 7100 and she is a BEAST! I'll have to start watching for blowers here and make some mods for sure!

Make some ballast to hang off the 3 point it will keep you planted and less tippy.

I have a plan for that soon, when I get my plasma table up and going I have a design for some nice metal cut out, concrete filled wheel weights.
The 3 point is only rated for 400lbs, so if I can keep the weight on the wheels primarily it should be easier on everything

Thank you, I appreciate the kind words. Are you planning on buying a FEL or building one?

I have the steel bottom pin mounts already to weld up, and bolt to the frame and it needs to tie together underneath (front driveshaft in the way). I figure it will be best to custom fit the frame so it clears everything exactly. I am sure there are loaders from a factory to fit these Satoh/Bolens/Iseki models. I really like your quick attach mount. I was thinking the same for the snowblower - and for summer a brushhog. Driving backwards on these small tractors is totally uncomfortable! ps: not sure why the comment is posted 2x - cheers!@@SteelDogFab

@@baconlips building a loader from scratch is going to be a fun project, I completely agree though, I don’t want to do anything looking over my shoulder on one of these small tractors. I’m a big guy and not flexible haha
