2008 Chrysler town and country fuse box replacement

i have a question i got the fuse box for my 2006 chrysler pacifica.
It is in the same number. The question is, do I need to take it to a dealer to reprogram it? Oh, does it work automatically when I connect it?

I never did have to do any reprogramming
