May I have permission to use your video clips on my channel? I've heard about the copyright strikes, and I've taken my video down (which was not striked), and will not reupload it unless you give me permission. You will be given credit in the description, and in the video itself.
Could you give other Haunters in this community the permission to upload content with credit? I’ve been seeing a numerous amounts of reports of copyright strikes.
It’s easy to get videos of the Halloween Expo. All you have to do is buy a plane ticket to Vegas, book a hotel, get credentials for the convention and pay for an Uber to get you back and forth. Everyone wants the clicks to monetize their videos but no one wants to pony up and pay for the trip or do the work.

Not only is my channel not monetized so I make 0 money off my content I pour hours into each day, this community is lots of young adults and children who cannot afford something like this but still put in the work, not only is this extremely selfish but your copyright attack is completely illegal and abuse of RUclips’s copyright system.

You are loosing nothing by letting people use these clips. By blocking everyone your loosing the potential to grow your channel. It also just comes down to being a good person. Keep standing up against these idiots. They want to take something that you paid to go to, clip your videos, upload them with no significant changes, and make a bunch of money. If they really wanna show their subscribers this content, they can link to it in their community tab.
Its Literally a public event that most anyone can go to, you didn’t make nor create or even design anything shown in this video therefore you can’t legally copyright it, if your that worried about it don’t post it, or you can just let people have fun and make videos with the content. FAIR USE
Clipping videos from his video and then re uploading them to get views isn’t fair use. Fair use would be parodying the video or any significant alteration that makes it different than the original video.

Copyright strikes arnt fun Pal, I get what you’re saying but like I am almost positive if you would’ve asked kindly for the channels to take down the video or give credit the would’ve done so. Most of them at least. I don’t think striking was the right way to go tho. Just calm down. You are hurting their channels way more than they are hurting yours.
Dude grow up stop making excuses. We have the right to use the videos with credit doesn’t matter. If you took them, we want to give our opinions, so let us. Also having us use your videos, helps your channel grow together. If your featured you channel can grow. Obviously you don’t want that just stop copyright people it’s really annoying thank you.

The great challenge for the hunter community try to fairly use this guys footage without getting copyright struck challenge impossible .

Just react to the video. Then claim fair use.
Exactly what a majority of those channels did.
