The Prayer Invocation card is a prayer for a safe flight ahead. In certain cultures they practice the blessing of a fleet (ships) before it embarks on a long voyage. Indonesia is a multi ethnic and secular country where religion plays a big role the culture. Recognising that Indonesians follow different faiths which are recognised in its constitution, hence the invocation prayer card is being inclusive to cater to Indonesian passengers (and perhaps to international passangers as well) who follow different faiths.
Just flew Airasia X via their Airbus A330neo from Kuala Lumpur to Perth last week, spacious seat & delicious meal, the best low cost airlines from Malaysia.
When it comes to customer service like refunds, there must be a huge improvements needed and they need to open up a local call centre, not just a chatbot.
Great video content and length....the only suggestion I make is to darken the writing a little bit as it blends into the scenery making it a little hard to read...only a very small thing......as I said, a great video! Keep up the good work!
Nice flight review, good to see Air Asia back in Perth - whilst its certainly no thrills always found them to be pretty fair for what you pay! - pity the route isn't as competitive price wise as it was pre covid though!
