I like a donabe to cook not only rice but also Japanese hot pot dishes. You can put anything you like; meats, fishes, vegetables, etc... When you cook rice, please make sure to get rice scorched a bit. Maybe only for Japanese... :) Hope you enjoy a donabe. Thank you.
