Ingredients:
1 lb grated cassava
½ cup coconut milk
½ can evaporated milk
½ can condensed milk
¼ cup melted unsalted butter
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup macapuno strings
topping:
½ cup coconut milk
½ cup condensed milk
1 large egg
1 cup macapuno strings
Bake at 180 C

Hi friend, I got the grated cassava from an asian shop here. It was frozen though but you can also buy in African-carribean shop. They usually sell fresh cassava and you can just grate it x
