My favorite Space Mountain aside from the Paris version. The Tomorrowland area becomes really magical at night when the mountain is lit up by colorful lights timed to the Tomorrowland area music. I also just really love the dark retrofuturistic theme of the ride itself. They managed to preserve many of the original elements of the ride for a long time. It's sad to see it go, but I trust the imagineers will do a great job with the replacement. Also, this is the best true lighting pov I've seen of the loading station. You can also see just how empty this version really feels. It feels less claustrophobic than the others and more open. You can also clearly see the 2nd lifthill here (which is really hard to capture due to how dark that part is).
The one life saver they should have... PRACTICAL EFFECTS! Please, don't add this screen trash. Now I believe in some instances, screens can enhance the ride experience, but... Disney uses them as a crutch. If they can do something with practical effects, it would be ideal. A mix of the two? Not opposed at all! But seriously, Japan was and is the bastion of keeping all of that old Disney charm. They haven't upgraded their Haunted Mansion, I think, and I like that one far better than the '07 WDW refurb. It just, keeps the charm, you know?
@@ReddFourBirds many of the recent attractions at TDR don't even utilize screens so it's already a rest assured that Space Mountain will make more use of practical sets. Apparently, the OLC really like the Earth and Moon sets in GOTG, so we can hope to see more non-screen props in this Space Mountain. It will also allegedly draw a bit of inspiration from the Paris version (that original ride also had many physical effects). Aside from the previous rumors I stated, there's also another rumor about the story being more focused on a power source; much like the current version. The only difference is we know that the source is organic (unlike the mysterious dark, implied unethical source in the present version).

Space Mountain in TDL has always been about a mysterious power source, so we can expect a similar premise. We probably won't really know anything about it for sure until it opens; seeing how secretive Fantasy Springs is.
It still has the same track layout and experience as Disneyland and Hong Kong Disneyland (well, the original track layout of 1983 before the 2007 new effects added in in Tokyo). I'm really gonna miss it before the major couple year revamp (Disneyland once did a track revamp first as they still kept the dome and part of the original 1977 track and others, but still replaced some of the track with a new track and new effects, along with an amazing soundtrack). It'll be a memory to remember before the original will be revamp to the new one.
This attraction will close on July 31st, 2024. And it will be renewal open on 2027. So, we couldn't ride this for 3 years. If you want to ride this, please come until July 31st, 2024.

まだ人生で一度しか乗ったことないけど
乗ってる時は「もうこんなの二度と乗らない...(ゲッソリ)」て思ってたのに
降りたら不思議と「あれ...なんかもう一度乗りたいかも...」ってなった不思議なアトラクション。
しかし、このアトラクションも実はただグルグル回ってるだけなのを、とてもそうとは思わせない所こそがDisney Magic。
ぐるぐるって言っても中でもかなり複雑な配線になってるってのがまたミソ
今でも、屋内コースターの中では、最高級のアトラクションよ

スペースマウンテンってやっぱりどんなに綺麗な画質でも乗車中の様子がはっきり見えるわけじゃないから、リアルで乗る以外で追体験できる機会はもう無いんだなぁって寂しくなる
VRで見ると多少臨場感出るけど､､､やっぱり実際に勝るものはないよね〜。CGよりも実際のが良い

悲鳴の数だけ何かがあることはわかりました😆
スペースマウンテンは結構真っ暗でいつ落ちるかわからないのでハラハラドキドキしますよ〜！酔いの個人差はあると思いますが、センターオブジアースよりは全然怖くないです。かなり落下があるので次第に慣れてきます！おすすめです！次ランド行かれた時に乗ってみてください！
絶対行った方がいいよ 大して酔わんし落ちないし😊

スプラッシュ死ぬほど苦手だけどスペースマウンテンは遠心力であばばばばばばってなるだけで落ちないから景色眺める余裕あった
落ちる系苦手な人におすすめ
乗り慣れると、レールが見えたりするから、この先でどっちに曲がるかも見えたりするし、後半から長めのカーブになったりするところから更に面白くなるし、最後のブレーキ+フラッシュ演出で『あー、終わったー』ってなってスカッとしましたね。
リニューアル後にまた乗りたいですね！

初めて乗った時、1番後ろだったおかげで前の車両の動きでどっちに曲がるかわかって安心て楽しめたw
前方の席でもうっすらとレールが見えるのでこの先どう動くか予想できてちょっとは怖さが軽減されますよ。

初めて乗る時、最前列から3列目でスペースマウンテンは暗いし、早いから怖いじゃん？だから4列目に乗る予定の女性の方お二人さんが3列目に行ってもらって、私は4列目に乗って，初めてのスペースマウンテンを楽しめました☺️

この前乗った時に怖さを紛らわす為に「48キロじゃないだろこれ！！！」とか「腕が疲れてきた！！」とか言ったのを思い出した。

センター・オブ・ジ・アースのような急降下はスペースマウンテンにはありません。実際乗ってみるととても爽快感があり、個人的には最高に楽しめたので、機会があれば、リニューアル前に乗ってみて欲しいです！
