What a time capsule of everyday goods. The everyday dishes, pots, dishpans. I'm glad the people survived. Thank you for sharing this museum with us.

I absolutely love visiting this museum. I live out by Kansas City and being someone who dresses and studies vintage and historic clothing I love seeing and learning about all the treasures that were aboard this ship.

Excellent video. It is an amazing museum. We visited there several years ago and keep referring to it for our home restoration and reenacting. Just amazing to have so many pristine artifacts in one place!

I love seeing the everyday objects people would have used and how simple yet elegant these utensils looked. I have always been fascinated with perfumery and I would love to know what the predominant notes are in the replica you purchased? Also, speaking of fragrances, I watched the video you made on Victorian perfumery, and I know you mentioned that your favorite scent is Fougere Royale. I have never smelled it before, but I know that Guerlain also sells its historical perfumes. Based on the notes, I think you would love Jicky. These perfumes are, of course, quite pricey, so I only own one, which is L'Heure Bleue, but it’s from 1912, so it’s a little past the era of your interest, and that is why I suggested Jicky :) I’m 22, by the way, but I love vintage fragrance.

"For Always" has a light, floral scent, like spring flowers nestled in baby powder. :) For a historical perfume it was reasonably priced; I don't know if the museum's gift shop does mail order but you could ask them: www.1856.com/contact Good luck! :) (By the way, I once got a 1-spritz sample of Jicky, and I did like it. :) )

It should: when I get my royalty statements they're broken down by country, and there are often sales from amazon.co.uk Try this link: www.amazon.co.uk/s?k=Sarah+A.+Chrisman&crid=3LSNMM8CF4YAN&sprefix=sarah+a.+chrisman%2Caps%2C167&ref=nb_sb_noss_2 Thank you for your support!

I wonder has a museum asked if they could keep y’all when y’all went in
