- I have another deck for you to try! It currently costs around $60 according to GUdecks, so it's super affordable for how competitive it is. It revolves areound the Necroscepter, the most annoying card in Gods Unchained, if you don't have a relic remover in your deck. The reason it's so good, is that most decks are a bit greedy and only rely on the sanctum for relic removal. The trick with this death zombie deck, is to prevent them from getting any relic removal in the sanctum, so that your Necroscepter creates endless zombies.
At the time of posting this, it has a 84% win rate, and I am in diamond while I perfect it. I am hoping to have it perfected in time for weekend ranked, so I can see how it performs in Mythic.

Easy budget 5 drop to add - corpse explosion. It's for use cases when they play 2 GEs that you can't break through. Instant 15 damage with 5 nethers on your board (frenzied).
Yeah, I tried it for a few games but couldn't make it feel right in the deck. It is a good card though, I just have to figure out how to use it properly.
Thank you for a great tip. Just bought missing cards for this deck, cards will most likely rise in price a lot in the future.

I would check out the 6 drop Arch of Amenmose, it's a killer ability but usually maxes out the board every turn with the necrosceptor lol! For 7 specifically, the Overseer of Vitality is one of the win conditions I play with my zombie deck. Apocalypse Now is always killer as well! Going to definitely improve it now I see your deck!
YES! The Overseer of Vitality is exactly the card I was looking for. I have a serious trouble with a bunch of 1/1 zombies, and then they drop someone with a single armor :P Wish i'd of seen this before weekend ranked

I came across this deck last weekend, really annoying, manage to get the goddess to 3 health but she healed back to 13 on 2 turns
Yeah this deck is the most annoying to play against. I hated it so much, I made one myself 😅
Yea going face is pointless since they can gain at least 4 hp per turn. Clearing the board is also useless cuz you can't keep up. So good luck to us all

Try out void banshee and planetar acolyte. Turn 1-2 if I see trapper in the sanctum I just shuffle it or use other blessed options to mess it up for them.

Everyone is automatically in it. Just play your ranked games over the week to get max rewards. You can check your current points towards BOTG on GUdecks.
When fighting this deck I find it's important to stop frenzy if you can and go for the kill most decks will lose if you try and fight the endless zombies but it's not that hard to run it over if you focus on late game power. Hitting face works better to gain favor to pick up a durability reducing card too.
How did you do with this deck in ranked? Also what tweaks did you make? Im enjoying this deck more than the magic one

Would a rampart or bronze gate be good additions to that deck?
I think they would be a bit slow in this deck. This deck needs bodies on board that can attack fast, so need for frontlines.
This deck re surged this weekend, and i must say.. Necroscepter is way overpowered. The worst about it i think is the removal of favor that makes the sideboard option allmost impossible to utilize to get rid of it. It needs a nerf the way i see it, allthough its a fun card so i hope they dont ruin it, just adjust it abit

The magic deck is solid against the meta, but this one counters it pretty hard.
How was your experience with magic control deck in Mythic? I'm curious
@@karinanadj8946 I got 11/25 during the weekend ranked with the mage (all mythic), so not amazing, but still impressive considering that its a $20 deck going up against $1000+ decks. I started out with a better win rate, but started losing more as the night went on (I stayed up til 2am, and had a few beers :P)
Yeah. This deck is so frustrating. The backline card is OP too. Lol also they have so many card removals for that deck. Cost only 2 life to remove any card off the field and only cost 2 favor. Smh. I just bail when I ecounter this deck. No fun at all. I just don't like that the staff can't be removed unless you have an ability. Also you lose favor every leech you kill so you can't remove it.
Regen and Armor decks counter it hard though!
@@MinimalSwag my mistake is running an agro deception deck. I don't own any armor cards cuz they are in the payed for packs. I get those on weekends. As for regen yeah. I don't run Nature. :O. Idk.
I can sometimes beat it but the whole removing favour is OP and the staff should have a time out or a way it can run out on it's own. It is like a passive god ability. Sorta OP. Plus it has no continued cost. As for Deception how can I get rid of it? I have that once destruction dance card good at wiping but they can always re summon more.
The devs still haven't nerfed this unreal 😂 I should buy the whole death zombie deck and once I finally do, they will nerf it!

No need for a nerf, scepter is easily destroyed if enemy has durability removal card.

This deck is disgusting. You either have weapon removal or have a spell to remove the Obelisk or you cannot hope to keep up. Weapon removal isn't easy to include because not only does the 1 mana 3-1 just die to so many other hero powers, but you actually have to draw the darn thing too. Not to mention it's useless against other Death decks.
Armor and Regen decks destroy it though. And the Nature regen deck is super meta right now.
This is actually an exploitation, that card must be nurfed...
