- Warner Bros. hosted a test screening for '‘The Flash‘ last night. The insiders leaked details on the future of the film with a one year delay before release. New details have emerged on Ben Affleck's Batman and his fate in The Flash movie. We also discuss if the Snyderverse will be erased by the end of the film, or if the door is still open for Justice League 2.

This is an interesting channel.
The Flash, scheduled to be released in 2023, seems to have gone through the DCEU timeline and lacked some DCEU works (Man of Steel, Batman vs Superman, Justice League).

As far as I see it the only fandom that's losing here is the Burtonverse fandom. They're gonna watch their 2 movies getting retconned into the DCEU like they're nothing. Who's gonna be Keaton's Joker in the DCEU? A Jack Nicholson that didn't die like in Batman '89 and became Margot's Harley Quinn's sugar daddy (that will never appear because of Nicholson's health conditions) or is Jared Leto gonna be Keaton's Joker? Poor Burtonbros... I'm with you on this one.
Keaton was always just a one-off for a portion of a single movie.
@@MSgt_0699 Keaton is playing Batman in Batgirl. Commissioner Gordon is played by JK Simmons. It's not a one off.
Or they could just keep the joker dead. He doesn't need his villians coming back to life. There's plenty of other villians.

@@ferdinandofallica5869 isnt Margot Robbie apart of the Zach Snyder verse. I think some things are mixing and others are separated. So the ss and Bens batman could be in it's own universe.

It doesn't sound so bad to have two different Batmans in cinema. People are smart enough to get this. They initially complained about Joker too, but accepted that Phoenix is not in the DCEU, as Leto was also a Joker. Some people are just jaded with what Marvel has done and have come to think that absolutely everything must have everything to do with everything else. Not true. We now have what continues to somewhat be the Snyderverse and also the Reevesverse. Both are spawning separate television shows that bounce off of their cinematic base. And Bale was never, ever, never going to be Batman again, because his Batman is a closed Nolan creation. Call it the Nolanverse. This has been made as clear as Reeves has been about Patterson existing only within his world. And the studio cannot erase the Snyderverse, because it exists on your BluRay shelf. Even if they use Flash to reset, the beginning will still be MoS. And this Flash came out of BvS.
- The Snyderverse can continue it's Justice League story arc to completion via HBO Max.
- The Army of the Dead will continue via Netflix.
WB loses on both of those counts. In the meantime, WB has the Reevesverse and would host individual films like maybe a Batfleck or a Superman/Black Adam thingy...along with the others that have bounced out of the Snyderverse. What makes more sense, what I have presented or WB completely recasting all the characters and starting over?
