You don't need a grill to get a great sear on your favorite steak. Grab your cast iron skillet and create a mouthwatering steak that will have your taste buds tingling.
    Ingredients:
    1 (16-ounce) Ribeye steak
    Hex clad cast iron skillet
    1 tablespoon Kerrie Gold or Country Crock Butter
    1 teaspoon Cavender's Greek Seasoning
    1 teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
    1 teaspoon Onion Powder
    3-4 thyme sprigs (Optional)
    3 garlic cloves, Sliced into Slivers
    1/2 White or Yellow Onion
    Note: This technique creates a great mouth-watering charred steak using a very hot skillet while emitting a great deal of smoke. Be prepared with pot holders and proper ventilation.
