I'm curious why jessi can't. Felix came korea in his 17 years age. That time he is very difficult to understand korean. But now he is fluent. I know some people can't learn other language easily. I think it depends on case by case basis... Like which language the person use to communicate the most with their peers, especially family. I would take my very own example here, I am Trilingual... But I am not the fluent in my mother tongue to the extent that I can carry a whole conversation just in my mother tongue... There are many words which I mispronounce and my peers find it cute and funny, so while they correct me, they do not belittle me... It's definitely not that I didn't put effort to learn at all, I learnt how to read and write my mother tongue by myself ... But there are some discrepancies that will remain there bcoz of how I spoke since I was a child .. Idk if I was able to explain much or not.... But I think it totally depends on one's ability and whether they are compelled to learn a language or not
