Well, if he wasn't modified and raised to be literally the best assassin in the world, he could be a really nice guy. A bit of a religious and introverted animal lover.
He is pretty much an anti-hero. The people he kills are all evil and would lead to disastrous consequences if they are left alive. He prevents WW3 every week. Not to mention that you factor in Russian mob bosses, South American Cartel leaders, corrupt officials, etc, then you see that he isn't a bad guy for killing these types of people. He is a less sadistic John/Jigsaw or The Punisher. He operates above the law and ends bad people. While the original Jigsaw was messed up, he did put very bad people in traps as punishment for their actions. Like a rapist, pedophile, child killer, etc. Before you mention Saw 3 or the other sequels, Saw got stupid after the second one.

Insane amount of calculations as usual. But from your 'simplified' gameplay, I can really tell this level is difficult. (i.e. you being a lot more straightforward in kills. In Paris you were pretty much doing whatever the hell you want, a free killing ground.)
