Same But Different: Identical Twin’s Rare Syndrome

Identical twins who were born looking very different could finally look alike thanks to plastic surgery. Gabriel Cooper was born with Pierre Robin Syndrome, which meant his jaw did not fully form - leading to a facial disfigurement. After 19 years of looking different Gabriel is preparing for plastic surgery, which could make him look identical to his brother Hadin. The family will travel from Alabama to New York City in May where Gabriel will have surgery performed by The Baby Face Foundation to dramatically alter his appearance.

We all say that, but the truth is that when we go to cafés, bars, school, universities or clubs .. Women won't give him a shot. I feel sorry for him and for everyone else who suffer from such syndrome but I am really happy to know that with the medical advancement his problem will be solved ;)

I have PRS + stickler syndrome. I was fortunate enough to have my palate repair done as a child then my "facial reconstruction" done when I was 16. It made a world of difference for me and if there is a follow-up on this story, I would love to hear it

i searched and an article said the surgery is may 2016. hopefully by june you'll release a film of him undergoing the procedure(s) and have an "after" in the future. good luck gabriel!

Wonderful interview of the identical twins. I would like to see an update please.
