I have the same issue, tried everything but nothing works..Its been one issue after another with this printer, total headache, this one being the worst as just not able to resolve it. Funny though that it happen a couple of weeks after my warranty ran out.
This did not help in my case. But somewhat solved with the hotline. Envy 6030 with E3 error. Removed both cartridges. Closed, unplugged 30 seconds, then restarted. The error moved to E0. Then inserted black cartridge only. Error disappeared. Inserted color cartridge: back to E3. A possibility is that my color cartridge was too old, although 3 month before its expected expiration date. Now I have a black only printer. Waiting to see if a new color cartridge will be accepted.
ran into this same issue on 7/17/24, color cartridge expired 3/19/24 so I replaced it with a new in box one I had, it expires 8/13/24, still got E3 with the color cartridge installed but no error without it installed.
@@michaeldahl6782 A week after my first comment, I got a new color cartridge and all works as expected now. Cannot tell about the expiration date, but certainly above 2024. Maybe try with a newer cartridge with an expiration date that is in more than a year.
My cartridges are installed correctly and are brand new. I checked many times and did not find any foreign objects inside the printer. But the printer still shows E3 error.
I'm in the same boat. The E3 is flashing very fast, unlike in this video, where they are flashing slowly. Nothing is jammed, everything is connected correctly.
Mine has still not cleared and the red X isnt flashing, only the E and 3. I have a 6000

mine is stuck all the way to the right and cannot be moved to the left. there are no foreign objects in the way
