Tim Schafer is responsible for some of the greatest games of all time-Day of the Tentacle, Grim Fandango, Psychonauts, and many more-but in the last two years, he's paved a new model for how indie games are made. With Broken Age, Massive Chalice and Amnesia Fortnight, Double Fine Productions opened the doors to their fans with a series of revealing documentaries and blockbuster Kickstarter projects, exposing their biggest fans to every step and stumble of their development process.
