I’ve decided to start a series 💃🏾😊 not an exciting one but for me a life changing one , called living with h pylori. For the past year (2021) I’ve living with h pylori ,it’s a type of bacteria that infects your stomach. It can damage the tissue in your stomach and the first part of your small intestine. Before this I never heard of it so I ran to RUclips videos to learn more which luckily enough I did 😊so I’m hoping I will be able to help someone & continue learning from any of you . For the first few episodes I’ll show you how I tried my best to continue living but on the others it was beating me up 😅
