I need help I did all steps right but when I install PojavLauncher on sidestore it stops the installation and when I exit sidestore I see pojavlauncher it won’t open it says: this app cannot be installed because it’s integrity could not be verified
@@KidGamer12233 what do you mean it stops? Some things to note is that you must first ‘trust’ the sidestore app via settings as shown in the video. Next, you make sure you have the VPN enabled. Finally, make sure you have logged into SideStore with your AppleID too. (Extra: to launch Pojavlauncher with JIT, you must manually enable it via SideStore).
Enabling JIT doesn’t work for iPadOS 17, but it’s good since I’ll just wait for it to work! I don’t want to downgrade to OS 16 since there is a risk of losing your data.

Watch the video again. You have to have your apple device connected. Make sure your mobile device “Trusts” your computer (you usually get this when connected to a new computer).
No but it will ‘deactivate’ itself since apple doesn’t like 3rd party apps. That’s why the it’s important to refresh apps/resign through sideStore (if setup correctly, it should do it automatically).
@@PluckyYT That’s the issue, the file directory used by PojavLauncher is not the same as Minecraft official launcher on windows in terms of name & location. Also, sometimes the folder is missing even though PojavLauncher is installed correctly. That’s why I’m working on the video (which will most likely be uploaded in about 1-2 days).

After you do so, Settings presents an alert to warn you that Developer Mode reduces the security of your device. To continue enabling Developer Mode, tap the alert’s Restart button. To acknowledge the reduction in security protection in exchange for allowing Xcode and other tools to execute code, tap Turn On, and enter your device passcode when prompted. @@Vauyyzap not a jailbreak. It’s just a somewhat easy method to sideload apps. It does work on iOS 17, but it requires an extra step that can be found in sidestore discord.
I have a problem. I installed the pojavlauncher yesterday via your tutorial and it worked like a charm. Unfortunately today after my ipad run out of battery the apps (sidestore, altstore) cannot be opened. In the settings app i found out that it says that the apps are not verified. When i click on the verify button a message appears “Verify iphone Developer: my apple id Verifying will use your network connection to see if the apps from this enterprise developer can be used on your ipad.” After that nothing happens. Could you please tell me what should I do with it or if the only way is to reinstall it? thanks
Easy fix - Reinstall SideStore via AltServer on your PC again, then when you open it, you should still see the old IPAs (PojavLauncher) you installed, and click ‘Refresh all’ (with VPN enabled). It’s annoying when this happens, since the IPAs you install are temporary. My recommendation is to make sure your device doesn’t die or restart. The is apples annoying way to prevent 3rd party apps (not from App Store) to be hard to installed/kept on their devices.

It’s possible you might be out of storage space. If you still have space available, then try to manually download it to your device via the ‘Files’ app. If that doesn’t work, you can use other services like google drive, Dropbox, flash drive (w/ adapter), to move the file onto your device.

Delete the file, generate a new one, and try again via iCloud, Google Drive, or any other online storage service so you can get it on your device. I’m playing this on an iPad Pro with an A12Z SoC (2020). These are some settings my device is set up with: • 14 Render Distance • Fancy Graphics • 120hz display (M1 iPads Pros also have this). • 6GB memory (M1/M2 has 8GB or 16GB memory depending on storage you get). • Forge w/ Optifine (currently only up to 1.19.4 is supported). • Average FPS - 75 to 90 (could be up to 120fps if I change up some settings). any computer (windows pc or laptop) will work. If you have a mac, follow my mac guide i linked in the pinned comment. As for the ipad not asking you to connect, you can try a different port or cable (some 3rd party/non-official cables may cause issues).
you should see a file generate in the .exe location. Drag that new pairing file and drag it to your iCloud folder (you must have already set it up/logged in). Then on your mobile device, go to the same icloud folder where you put the file.

@@jaceeeeeeeyy if you don’t restart, it may fail at some point when trying to Sideload. Best if you restart. Unsure if it works on windows 8/8.1, and windows 9 doesn’t exist.
Login to your correct Microsoft account that is linked to your Minecraft Java account. (BEDROCK EDITION DOES NOT COUNT). If that doesn’t work, then it’s better for you to ask for help on Pojavlauncher discord.
go to Settings on your device, and scroll down to developer tab. again, scroll down until you see activate developer mode. After quick reboot, it should work.
If that happens, you usually get a small pop up on bottom of screen saying what went wrong. Try again and read what it tells you so you can fix the problem. If you cant figure it out, ask for help on discord.
To answer your original questions. You don’t need to be on the same wifi as your computer (only when first installing SideStore via AltServer). The applications on your computer don’t need to be installed on your computer anymore, but I recommend you leave it since it’s possible you might one day forget to refresh SideStore through the VPN and end up ‘expiring’. Do you really want to go through the whole process again with installing all the necessary programs to reinstall SidesStore if that happens? (The programs only take up about 5GB of storage space on your computer, so it’s not wasting much space either way).

@@AbdulKeyta Things happen, updates aren’t always perfect. The best thing I can tell you is reinstall it. That crash might be caused from a device issue.
@@黑桑-p6t not sure what the issue might be, but usual thing is the pairing file that fails. Try generating a new one again, sign in to SideStore with your AppleID, and make sure you turn on the VPN so there are no issue installing it.
Operation Failed The operation couldn't be completed. Unable to connect to the device, make sure Wireguard is enabled and you're connected to WiFi. This could mean an invalid pairing.
Buy a cable that’s compatible with your Pc, it doesn’t matter what as long as you can use it to connect your device to your PC. Buy either Lightning to USB-C or Lightning to USB-A.
It’s possible you may have missed a step. 1) Connect your device to the computer. 2) Confirm that your device ‘trusts’ the computer. 3) Use a working cable. 4) Use a different port on your computer. 5) You need to ‘extract’ the files before running the program.

No one said to turn off anti virus (all you had to do was click ‘run anyway’ - 6:16). Also, rewatch that part in the tutorial, seems like you are forgetting one important thing - 1:35 (what does it say).
@@gamerpro.2019 You side load SideStore via AltServer (as shown in the video). SideStore doesn’t need a computer to enable JIT each time, and only needs the VPN enabled to turn on JIT & refresh apps. (Unlike AltStore which needs a PC to do that; SideStore does not).
You had to refresh them before they expired as mentioned in the video. You could have easily refreshed them in the SideStore app (with VPN enabled too). Now that they are expired, you’ll need to re-install SideStore to your iOS device which should only take about 1min to do.
As mentioned in the video 7:34 , click 'Shift' key as you click the AltServer icon. If you do it correctly, it will say 'Sideload IPA' instead of 'Install AltStore'.

It's because your account is labeled as a "child" account on apple. Either get a new apple ID, ask your parents to "age" your apple ID up, or just wait till you're 18.

Hello, I am downlaoding altstore for them to download side store so will I only have to use this method once right? Because on sidestore it says that you will need a Pc only to install then you’ll have it permanently.
You use AltServer to Sideload ‘SideStore’ (ipa). Once Side Store is installed on your device, you follow the instructions in the video. Remember, you need to keep the VPN enabled so SideStore doesn’t ‘expire’ and can auto-refresh. If it isn’t able to refresh, it will expire and you’ll need to Sideload the IPA again with AltServer via computer again.
@@ShahaanX I keep the VPN enabled all the time. That way I don’t have to worry about it expiring. If you don’t want to keep it enabled all the time, just make sure you enable it when you want to refresh the apps and enable JIT. Keeping the VPN enabled all the times doesn’t affect your devices performance.

Seems like you clicked the MDC version instead of the normal one. The MDC version is running on an older version of SideStore that has issues with AppleIDs, and it locks your apple account until you change your password for your AppleID. The newest SideStore version (V4) fixes that error. So the only way to fix your issue is to change your AppleID account password, and make sure you install the stable SideStore IPA instead. (Click on 'Just want the downloads instead' at the bottom of the SideStore page). The site was recently updated, so it looks a bit different than what’s on the video.
There’s a minor update coming to the windows version. Currently devs are working on creating a ‘SideServer’ for windows so it makes installing SideStore much easier like it is on macOS right now. This won’t be outdated either way since you’ll still be using SideStore.

This is similar to AltStore, the only main different being you don’t need a computer to install IPAs, enable JIT, or refresh apps. All you need is to keep the VPN enabled to do those things.
There is no such thing as a pojavlauncher account. You need a Microsoft account. Do note that if you never bought the game, your Microsoft account will only have the ‘demo’. Piracy is illegal; buy the game instead of looking for ‘free’ versions.
if possible, record your screen as your doing it, then Go on the Pojavlauncher or AltStore discord and upload the video there. It’s possible you might have missed something.

I don't know what exactly you did (the video provides clear instructions), but most likely you didn't run the program and allow it to generate a pairing file for the mobile device you connected. If you still don't get it working, you can read the instructions provided on Side Store's guide (wiki.sidestore.io/guides/install.html) or ask for help on the discord linked in the description.
Not sure what’s wrong, but usually reinstalling PojavLauncher works. Also, make sure you have enough storage on your device, since I you have low storage, it might not be able to download the specific version you picked.
As mentioned in the video, anything above iOS 14 works (up to current available iOS version). The only iOS versions that don’t work are betas such as iOS 17 beta (it will most likely be supported once it’s officially released).
Be more specific. If its installed, then you have no problem. If you are unable to install it, you might have missed a step (Turn on VPN, and sign-in to SideStore - most people forget to do that).

Check your device again. Your mobile device probably doesn’t trust the computer. You’d normally get a message saying something like ‘Trust Computer’, followed by entering your pin to confirm.

Not exactly. Apple sets any self-signed apps to expire after 7-days. If you setup SideStore correctly, SideStore will automatically refresh the apps you installed before they expire. Therefore not needing a computer after first setup.
Generate the pairing file, upload it to your iCloud storage, and when on your iPad go to where you uploaded it and select it. Watch the video again if you have to. DO NOT SKIP ANY STEP.

Scarlet isn’t a good method for PojavLauncher, since you’d still need to enable JIT somehow. (And honestly I don’t really trust installing random profiles to get apps installed. I only trust if apps are signed by my account manually).

It’s possible without a pc, but you’d need to be on iOS 14 to iOS 15.4.1 to use the ‘TrollStore’ method. If you’re not on those versions, your only option is using SideStore, which requires a computer only once for setup. Afterwards, a computer is not needed. Also, if you ask if TrollStore will be updated or support other iOS versions in the future, the answer is NO. The developer said apple already fix the exploit in newer iOS versions.
It depends on the device you are playing on. When I play it on my iPhone (small device), I use the touch screen buttons (same as bedrock edition on the app store). If I'm playing on my iPad, I prefer a wireless mouse & keyboard. The controllers are very similar (or exactly the same) as the bedrock edition from the app store. You can customize the button layout in the PojavLauncher settings too if you don't like the default layout configuration.

Correct. VPN is required to refresh/install apps, as well as enable JIT (you need to enable JIT each time you run PojavLauncher).

It says iOS 17 has change how JIT is enable therefore SideStore cannot enable it at this time

you should see a file generate in the .exe location. Drag that new pairing file and drag it to your iCloud folder (you must have already set it up/logged in). Then on your mobile device, go to the same icloud folder where you put the file.

Reinstall SideStore again, turn on the VPN, sign-in with your AppleID, and refresh it right away. It might fix the issue you are having.

SideStore is not a jailbreak. It is just one of many ways to side load IPAs to your device.

If that happens, you usually get a small pop up on bottom of screen saying what went wrong. Try again and read what it tells you so you can fix the problem. If you cant figure it out, ask for help on discord.

To answer your original questions.
You don’t need to be on the same wifi as your computer (only when first installing SideStore via AltServer).
The applications on your computer don’t need to be installed on your computer anymore, but I recommend you leave it since it’s possible you might one day forget to refresh SideStore through the VPN and end up ‘expiring’. Do you really want to go through the whole process again with installing all the necessary programs to reinstall SidesStore if that happens? (The programs only take up about 5GB of storage space on your computer, so it’s not wasting much space either way).

@@黑桑-p6t not sure what the issue might be, but usual thing is the pairing file that fails. Try generating a new one again, sign in to SideStore with your AppleID, and make sure you turn on the VPN so there are no issue installing it.

It’s possible you may have missed a step.
1) Connect your device to the computer.
2) Confirm that your device ‘trusts’ the computer.
3) Use a working cable.
4) Use a different port on your computer.

You have to enable JIT every time you open the app (Closing the app stops JIT for that session).

Had the same problem too. The way I fixed it was reinstalling SideStore again & the VPN. Not exactly sure which fixed it, but it worked for me.

You had to refresh them before they expired as mentioned in the video. You could have easily refreshed them in the SideStore app (with VPN enabled too). Now that they are expired, you’ll need to re-install SideStore to your iOS device which should only take about 1min to do.

It's because your account is labeled as a "child" account on apple. Either get a new apple ID, ask your parents to "age" your apple ID up, or just wait till you're 18.

A physical usb drive or Any other cloud storage service like google drive, Dropbox, etc. As long as you can get the file on your device.
You can also upload it via icloud.com so it’s available on you device.

You use AltServer to Sideload ‘SideStore’ (ipa). Once Side Store is installed on your device, you follow the instructions in the video. Remember, you need to keep the VPN enabled so SideStore doesn’t ‘expire’ and can auto-refresh. If it isn’t able to refresh, it will expire and you’ll need to Sideload the IPA again with AltServer via computer again.

If you don’t want to keep it enabled all the time, just make sure you enable it when you want to refresh the apps and enable JIT. Seems like you clicked the MDC version instead of the normal one. The MDC version is running on an older version of SideStore that has issues with AppleIDs, and it locks your apple account until you change your password for your AppleID. The newest SideStore version (V4) fixes that error.
So the only way to fix your issue is to change your AppleID account password, and make sure you install the stable SideStore IPA instead. (Click on 'Just want the downloads instead' at the bottom of the SideStore page).
The site was recently updated, so it looks a bit different than what’s on the video.

There’s a minor update coming to the windows version. Currently devs are working on creating a ‘SideServer’ for windows so it makes installing SideStore much easier like it is on macOS right now. This won’t be outdated either way since you’ll still be using SideStore.

This is similar to AltStore, the only main different being you don’t need a computer to install IPAs, enable JIT, or refresh apps. All you need is to keep the VPN enabled to do those things.

There is no such thing as a pojavlauncher account. You need a Microsoft account. Do note that if you never bought the game, your Microsoft account will only have the ‘demo’. Piracy is illegal; buy the game instead of looking for ‘free’ versions.

I don't know what exactly you did (the video provides clear instructions), but most likely you didn't run the program and allow it to generate a pairing file for the mobile device you connected.

Not sure what’s wrong, but usually reinstalling PojavLauncher works. Also, make sure you have enough storage on your device, since I you have low storage, it might not be able to download the specific version you picked.

As mentioned in the video, anything above iOS 14 works (up to current available iOS version). The only iOS versions that don’t work are betas such as iOS 17 beta (it will most likely be supported once it’s officially released).

Check your device again. Your mobile device probably doesn’t trust the computer. You’d normally get a message saying something like ‘Trust Computer’, followed by entering your pin to confirm.

5) Ask for assistance on the SideStore Discord (screen record and upload your process).

Not exactly. Apple sets any self-signed apps to expire after 7-days. If you setup SideStore correctly, SideStore will automatically refresh the apps you installed before they expire. Therefore not needing a computer after first setup.

Scarlet isn’t a good method for PojavLauncher, since you’d still need to enable JIT somehow. (And honestly I don’t really trust installing random profiles to get apps installed. I only trust if apps are signed by my account manually).

It’s possible without a pc, but you’d need to be on iOS 14 to iOS 15.4.1 to use the ‘TrollStore’ method. If you’re not on those versions, your only option is using SideStore, which requires a computer only once for setup. Afterwards, a computer is not needed.
Also, if you ask if TrollStore will be updated or support other iOS versions in the future, the answer is NO. The developer said apple already fix the exploit in newer iOS versions.

It depends on the device you are playing on. When I play it on my iPhone (small device), I use the touch screen buttons (same as bedrock edition on the app store). If I'm playing on my iPad, I prefer a wireless mouse & keyboard.
The controllers are very similar (or exactly the same) as the bedrock edition from the app store. You can customize the button layout in the PojavLauncher settings too if you don't like the default layout configuration.
