To get all the secrets and get the admin panel code to work in baldis basics classic remastered, You must: Win classic mode with all questions wrong (you can use captions to hear what the secret character says)
Win party mode and get the dangerous teleporter from the vending machine and use it AFTER you blow out the cake, go to the principal office and you'll find the guy again.
Beat party style with the teleporter but when you let put the red balloons by counting all the other colours then using the teleporter and going to the detention room he starts to freak out.
Beat demo style and then go back to ALL classrooms and do the questions again, then get a portal poster and then go to the classroom with a scissors poster and put the poster in the corner that's next to the scissors poster (not on the side with a math machine) Then go to the ladder and power up the levers and buttons, You will also find some weird secrets. When you find a room with a machine and a conspiracy board there. Null comes again and starts to get mad.
Then: Beat any mode with ALL the fun settings on (Mirror mode, lights out and hard mode) Which should say "WOWEE! YOU UNLOCKED NULL!" If it does, your doing it correctly. Then go to the mode selection and press the baldi on the bottom and get into null mode.
Null mode is very hard as its someone who can see through windows, break windows and is way faster then baldi. If you see the principals whistle in the room with a zesty bar machine, DO NOT USE IT! Its a troll which sends him really fast towards you until you die. But to beat the mode do it normally and use the dirty chalk erasers to hide. They create a cloud of smoke characters cannot see through. It is essential to winning this mode. No characters are in it except null so you can run as much as you can without detention. When you get 3/4 exits, Null dissapears. When you get the fourth: He will close it and start a boss. You have to throw plants, tables, chairs and bananas at him. He will get faster each hit, he cannot lose you in the boss battle. You must hit him 10 times to win, which will send you to the creator of the game (mystman12) office.
After you read the book he will get defeated and deleted from the game, FOREVER. Everywhere you can find him he isn't there.
We also find out the GET OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN when your at 7 notebooks is him interrupting baldi. Since after he is deleted it gets replaced.
But wait! You are still not done. You just have to redo all those endings. (Classic all questions wrong, Party use teleporter after blowing out candle (do not have to let out red balloons) Demo style basement and the bossfight which null is replaced by a red balloon) After that THEN the code will work with every item in the full game, infinite items, super speed and noclip. It is very challenging.
In null mode, if he says anything. Do not be scared as it is just random lines.

There's nowhere you can hide. Null saw you and probably broke through a window.
HEY! WHEREVER YOU ARE IM GONNA FIND YOU SO YOU MIGHT ASWELL QUIT THE GAME NOW! Null cannot find you for a long time.
Lets see, no items no stamina im faster then you! Uh-oh looks like your gonna lose and there's nothing you can do about it. Null is chasing you after 4 notebooks and you have no items or stamina.
Ha-Ha! Plays after null catches you.
Also if you get the error screen after you defeat null it will get glitched and show a lake and then nulls body that's missing from his body you see him, and it getting destroyed. You will only see it once ever.

Also: This is an edit. I forgot to mention how to get the admin panel. When you pause the round and press the red question mark in the corner it will pop up. It will stay forever.
