How do all the gym influencers be in these empty gyms. Gyms near me stay full no matter what time. Sometimes it’s so full i be convinced ppl have no jobs lol
I see quit some ppl in the video. And off course time off the day counts very much, exactly the reason why we never go to the gym in the evening, then you hardly can't hit every machine you want. A couple a years ago we were in luck that we could use the gym an hour before opening, with a few die hard gym lovers, who had shitty working hours, so we were happy with that. Now I go In the siesta time, not so busy😁
@ I’ve tried so many different times of day to go to the gym and the only time that’s not crowded near me is 1 hour before closing or wee hours of the morning like 2 am cuz who’s in the gym at 2am lol. But 4am-10pm is full. It’s insane. You would think 9-10am would be decent since ppl should be at work at those times but no, it’s still packed. In the video, you say quite a bit of ppl but I see empty compared to what I be dealing with so I just don’t go to the gym often anymore

Here we're I live straight at 9 it is pact😓 but I found out that between 2pm and 4pm it is quit calm, what surprises me, because the most ppl are free then and start working again around 4.30/ 5 pm. But yea the evenings I don't bother going, not just because it is pact, but also the ppl then are more off the sort " a look at me, please look at me" ugh hate that crowd😅🤣

Probably gonna do this workout next time I hit quads. I was gonna say I was missing some kind of unilateral movement but you delivered in the last superset. I can already tell how painful and great this is gonna feel. Love it

The idea that “toes = quads” is an oversimplification and a misunderstanding of biomechanics. Why You Shouldn’t Shift to Your Toes 1. Quad Dominance Comes from Knee Flexion, Not Toe Pressure • A front squat is more quad-dominant because of the more upright torso and greater knee flexion, not because the weight is shifted to the toes. • The quads are more engaged when the knees travel forward over the toes, but that doesn’t mean you should actively drive through your toes. 2. Weight Distribution Should Be Balanced • Even in a front squat, the barbell should stay in line with the midfoot for optimal force transfer. • If you push through your toes, you compromise stability and limit posterior chain involvement, making the movement less efficient. 3. Driving Through Heels vs. Toes • You don’t want to exclusively drive through the heels either-that would overly shift the emphasis to the posterior chain. • A balanced midfoot drive (heel, ball of foot, and big toe pressing into the floor) is the most biomechanically sound way to squat. Better Cues for a Quad-Dominant Squat • Maintain an upright torso (front rack position helps this). • Let the knees track forward naturally over the toes. • Keep even pressure through the whole foot, not just the toes. • Actively push the ground away with the whole foot to maintain balance and force production. The quads work harder in a front squat due to the biomechanics of knee flexion and torso angle, not because of intentional weight shift onto the toes.

@BedroomBull here, no way😅🤣, is only open Saturdays between 9am and 2 pm😳 completely pact, and Sundays closed🤷
