Assassin's Creed Mirage is an upcoming action-adventure game developed by Ubisoft Bordeaux and published by Ubisoft. It will be the thirteenth major installment in the Assassin's Creed series and the successor to 2020's Assassin's Creed Valhalla. Principally set in 9th-century Baghdad during the Islamic Golden Age, the game will follow Basim Ibn Ishaq (a character first introduced in Valhalla) and his transition from street thief to fully-fledged member of the Assassin Brotherhood, who fight for peace and liberty, against the Templar Order, who desire peace through control. The game has been described as a return to the series' roots, with a bigger focus on linear storytelling and stealth gameplay than more recent installments, which primarily focused on role-playing and open-world elements. Mirage is set to be released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Series S, and Amazon Luna in 2023.

I don't like mirotransations in any game but I never use them in games that I play that have them.
Microtransactions make the Animus feel like a storefront.
I'd pay for DLC expansions, not in-game currency.
I am proud to say I never in my life paid for any kind of microtransaction, dlc and never pre ordered any game.

It's too late now! Some of us "boomers" were warning about this over a decade ago, when DLCs began to be more common, and it became clear that content was being withheld from the main game. All the gen z kids, who keep defending this crap, are why it's going to continue to get worse

@@BPRGaming i think the ones we saw are enough ( basim thief outfit, apprentice, master assassin) i could care less about the deluxe edition one...if the others are buy packs..i wont even bother...just enjoy the story xd

I'm about to ruffle some feathers with this comment but I think it's better that the outfits that fit the time period are actually obtainable through the game and the outlandish outfits being left behind a paywall honestly don't see the issue
The issue is there should be no extra pay when you buy a game. This stuff used to be unlocked within the game

the stealth is good but the game makes u fight the bosses its assassins creed that should not be there
Origins was the better of the three newest. But I agree it's got a cash shop and it's got those stupid magic god boss things that make it all dumb. Odyssey was worse, and Valhalla worse dtill... but none hold a candle to help awful Syndicate was
