कभी कभी crpc 78 के अधीन जारी वारन्ट की तामील दूसरे ज़िले या स्टेट की पुलिस नही कराती है तब न्यायालय अपने अधिकारिता के पुलिस अधीक्षक को लेटर जारी कर वारन्ट तामील के लिए भेजता है। न्यायालय यह किस सेक्शन के तहत करता है कृपया बताएं
