Dude you are an absolute titan for your movement and purpose. An absolute inspiration never stop
Matthew Medeiros can I have you
Matthew, Chris did not beat his own cancer, he had surgery. His only purpose is to make money.
With Cancer now expected to touch one in two people worldwide, it amazes me that more people haven't turned to ORGANIC foods. Thank you, Chris, for being so open. Keep doing what you are doing. :) xx
cost is big reason, and then taste.
ORGANIC has nothing to do with preventing cancer.
Chris is "being so open" so that he can make money.
Now the fridge.. where the really good stuff is at :)
Coming next week!
You and your wife should do a video grocery shopping..
Thanks Chris
Now I'm going to throw out about half in my pantry...and clean and organize it:)
Thanks Chris. I'm encouraged because that looks alot like my pantry.
Awesome! Thank you for this little peek into your pantry! I cannot wait for the fridge tour!!! Many blessings to you, Chris!
Your book changed my life! Thank you so
Much! I’m starting my for ever journey tomorrow! God bless you!
Awesome! Do it!
Thanks for sharing Chris! I like learning about how people like you do "every day". I personally loved to see how much dried fruit you have. I love dried fruit!!
Chris, you are an inspiration to our family!
Buy in bulk, store things in glass jars, cut down on the packaging and plastic!
Just want to say Thank You! If I had not seen you I don’t think I would have considered forgoing chemo. So glad I found you. Congratulations on the book!
Run from this quack and go back to your doctor and listen to him.
Another great video!
Thank you this was very helpful 😊🎉 My family and I try to have most this items already but there was a few more that I will consider on my next grocery shopping trip. Can't wait for the fridge video 😁🎥
That's GREAT, love to see more.
I would like to suggest that you take all those bags of food and put them in tight sealing canning jars or plastic (chem free) to store. Nothing will be able to get in them. Thank you for showing your pantry, that is what ours looks like too.
Pretty good stuff man!
nice plant-based pantry and fridge
Thanks Chris, always good to learn about more foods and brands enjoyed by those who are looking for healthful food that's also somewhat convenient! Just admiring your shirt and suddenly wondered how your logo came to be. . .did you design it or did you get help??? Either way it's fabulous!
Love it. Thx for sharing! 💚👍🏻
thanks Chris, really good to see what it's like "in real life" to eat healthier, though I bet your fridge is where the major cancer fighters dwell.
Surprised the seeds, nuts and flour aren't in the freezer. I've never seen such tiny packs of beans and lentils; mine are in gallon jars.
I was surprised too for I watched the refrigerator video first and questioned if they even ate nuts and seeds. It has taken me a long time to stock up on all of this wonderful variety but it sure looks pretty and lasts a long time when stored in my fridge and or freezer.
You should have millions of subscribers...People do not have to wait to get cancer to fight or prevent it or learn from you and others...Thanks for this awesome video. I appreciate you. :))
Looks very similar to my pantry, with a lot of the same brands. There usually isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t have sprouted lentil trio for lunch.
Wow very good video yes so much organic food very nice.
I found the answer to my question from the refrigerator video, Yay you do eat seeds and nuts. Love the Made in Nature Organic snack pops. :) I have something to share of which I learned from Robyn Openshaw (Toxic Home Summit) who calls you her brother :) get rid of all the plastic packaging and store it in glass containers or if glass is a concern for the kids there are safer alternatives than the toxic leaching into your healthy foods that you are leaving them in. One more suggestion for longer shelf life for all of those seeds, nuts, lentils, and flours, store them in glass jars in the refrigerator and or freezer so they don't go rancid or hatch. Thanks again for sharing.
Lol! An ANT on it! 😂
Great vid!! Chris, where can I get that apple carrot t-shirt? Love it!
teespring.com/stores/chrisbeatcancer
Thanks Chris, love this, great info! New to all of this. Just over radiation, declared in remission and want to stay that way. Overwhelmed any suggestions where to start?
Here is a place to start, give credit to your doctors unlike Chris. Chris claimed he beat his own cancer but he had surgery to beat it.
Awesome! Great to see I'm not the only one still sneaking in the pancakes teehee!
Love this video! Can u do an honest video about what your kids realistically eat PLEASE!!
What is your take on lectins and oxalates? Appreciate your journey and thankful for how your share!
SNACK ALERT!!! RAID CHRIS’s PANTRY!!!!
Similar to how we eat... Sort of...but I am on a budget and feed 10 people so not everything organic.. but I really try hard on it! Good going! Kinda neat seeing what you actually buy!
Relax Blessed, organic has no advantage over what you buy now.
I don't have a trader joes and I have heard they have a good selection of healthy items. I shop at vita cost for things that I can't get around town. I also shop at amazon. Any other suggestions? Does your family can or freeze fruits and veggies?
Chris, your pantry looks well organized. I used chickpea flour to make the crabless vegetarian cakes last week. I used nutritional yeast to make the Parm to put on top of my sweet potato gnocchi with kale this week. These vegetarian dishes are very good. Do you have apricot kernals in your house?
I do!
See you in the next vid chris.
Thanks Chris you rock! I can honestly I have not bought anything in a can in many months. I can't think of anything in box either. I don't eat rice, I thought that was a no? I love love beans but can't deal with gas lol
Nice home
I love this video. It shows that if you have some self-control, you can keep some snacks around the house and you don't have to become a raw vegan to avoid cancer. Self-control is the keyword, however, if you don't have it, you SHOULD be an organic raw vegan - that's your only chance. Oh, and diet is not everything. You can eat the cleanest organic food, if you don't know who you REALLY are, cancer will not leave the body.
My daughter has had to go grain, dairy, and meat free for her autoimmune diet, and I wanted to show this to her because it's very similar to our pantry (except everything she can't eat is on the other side so she doesn't have to look at it). But then you showed all the dried fruit, which I've only allowed her in spurts as a treat. Any health benefit to dried fruit at all?
Aren't taco shells and salad dressings "processed" since they have a lot of ingredients? How do we know what kind of processing is okay? I know you said to stay away from oils because they are processed. The salsa and curry sauce would be processed too, right? So now that you're healed, do you eat coconut sugar and raw cane sugar? I just want to understand what is okay and not okay for people who have healed their cancer or who are preventing it! I love your stuff, thanks!!
Great question! I was much more strict when healing cancer, mostly raw, as I discuss in other videos and in my book. This my post-cancer pantry. The salsa, curry sauce, dressings, that we buy are minimal to no processing, whole food ingredients only. Organic taco shells or tortillas are occasional treats. I don't really use the raw cane sugar or coconut sugar on a regular basis. They are just in there if my wife needs them for a special recipe... she made blueberry muffins last week.... things like that. :)
Right! Looks like someone was sponsoring this video to me!
D .Montlake I doubt it.
@@chrisbeatcancer --Surgery healed your cancer Chris, not raw vegetables.
It looks like , with the staircase there that your pantry is beside the front door in the hallway . I was like, wow you want a snack? You gotta exercise to get there 😂
I have all those flours in my pantry also. I never use them. somehow it makes us feel special.
Freeze them while you find ways to use them up 👌
This was interesting! Thanks, Chris. Was surprised at the sheer abundance of high sugar/glucose foods. My Naturopath would slap me sideways if I stocked my pantry like that. how do y'all manage not taking in too much sugar with all that around? Granted, it's not refined sugars, for the most part, but still... all the dried fruits, snack bags, bars, etc. is a ton of glucose. Just curious! ☺
There is this thing called self-control.
Lentil taco recipe please!
Funny looks like my pantry I have tons of different flour as well and I don't bake.
I'm surprised to see so many packaged and tinned items. I guess it's liberating. A healthy diet seems less restrictive than I'd imagined.
Yes exactly. The packaging isn't what's most important. It's what inside. Is it a whole food like lentils or a processed food like Doritos? That's the point of this video.
chrisbeatcancer in addition...this is his pantry, not his fresh fruits and veggies! Pantry is for storage so it doesn’t represent all the food.
@@chrisbeatcancer yes, I realise. Merci!
@@ziggy33399 Yes, you're right.
Hi Chris i just wonder if you eat gluten?
is loaf bread okay?
Yesssssssssss
I’m actually a little surprised. Quite a number of things I would never eat (bad oils and sugar). I don’t like the ingredients in some of those premade sauces. And bad oils in the snack foods. But I get it if those are for kids. You can’t restrict too much because it can backfire. I used to just try to buy my kids the healthiest versions I could of the type of snacks they liked.
Chris, can current cancer patients eat these products or is this something only survivors should eat? If you could respond, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.
Chris, do you eat mushrooms?
good grief.. that would've cost a small fortune!
exacally. more make less income than more. people cant make it through the month in food cost as it is with the cheap food now, much less pay 3 times for it sadly.
you are right. this disrupts the whole picture a little bit. but at least chris is open an honest about the financials.
I thought the same thing about cost. It has taken me a long time and money to stock up on alot of the same stuff in their pantry and fridge. My main thought is that if they leave it in all of those bags and just in the pantry like seeds and flours being organic these will spoil alot faster, nuts and seeds become rancid & flours hatch moths. Then an even more incredible amount of money going down the drain.
I ve came to see that the main problem why people dont eat healthy isnt their lack of willingness but the high cost for healthy food and the crazy cheap cost of unhealthy food. you can get a huge package of cookies for 99 cents, which is A LOT of calories and immediate and false satisfaction. the same calories in nuts or fruit is 3-4 times more expensive. that is the whole problem for me.
I try recipes and end up with all those different flours and other ingredients that I don’t use up.
Put them in the freezer. They'll keep much longer, while you find ways to use them.
What the ingredients in your tacos
Hi Chris, when does one know that he/she is cancer free/ cured?, .
Wow so much small packets you must spend a fortune on food !
Never saw so much packaging
Pretty impressive. But you skipped over the healthiest thing in there: dark chocolate. I dont see potstoes, the starch from potatoe really boosts your microbiome...but you do eat lots of beans...so is orobably enough.
I’m binge watching your pantry tour. Now that Katie perry and bill gates took over brags and use apeel on all organic apples. Can you do an updated tour?
😇
I cannot eat grains, legumes, crucifers, most fruit, most veg because of my gut issues. I’m becoming very weak and deficient and I don’t know what to do. I have been vegan for ten years and my gut has been failing after a blast of antibiotics followed by food poisoning and a traumatic event. I believe I am suffering from a bacterial overgrowth and I have stool tests to confirm I only have bad bacteria and yeast present in my gut and total inflammation. I have been suffering this way for over two years. Everything I have tried has failed while vegan. I also don’t have a gallbladder and can’t tolerate fat. I don’t have health insurance and do not qualify for help. I wish I could eat a well balanced diet. This video made me so hungry! 😅

I have to say that you are using too many processed foods, premade, canned foods that are loaded with salt, and have preservative chems in them. These are not good to use for disease prevention. Look at and try to make everything yourself from scratch - it is not that hard. You can jar them and keep in the refridgerator. It is also very cheap to do so. Just suggesting.
That Victoria brand vegan Alfredo sauce tastes nasty! Have you actually tried it yet?
You have to be careful of the oils in the foods from the market please only buy olive oil, coconut oil or avocado oil chips and such. Most have canola, sunflower etc. which I have seen a lot of research is very bad.
And an ant! Lol
I thought you can not eat sugar and carbs!!!
Did your wife want to smack you a couple times?? Hahaha!
Looks to me like a paid advertisement for a few of those brands. Lots of 365 repeats and almost all were unopened and looking spanking new. For example, I can't believe you buy packaged oats and bans and not just bulk oats. Plus, it looks like the entrance closet to the house. Was that really your kitchen???
LOL I can assure you this not a paid advertisement. We buy most of our food at Whole Foods. And yes that's my kitchen.
D .Montlake 365 is whole foods brand. my pantry looks like this too.
Lectin explosions in the pantry
maitreyaishere getting leaky gut just looking at it all.. haha ;P
😂
Looks like you need to be rich to eat healthy.
No it doesn’t.
No, you don't have to be rich, but it does take a generous food budget. I can't afford it. If I ate like this, I would probably double my food dollars. Also, he has way too many processed foods. I eat somewhat like this, but even healthier, because I make my own treats and cook mostly everything from scratch. I have breast cancer, and most of these foods would not be good for me. I don't really know how to eat to make my tumors shrink, but I know that most of what's in Chris's pantry would not be of any help, that's for sure, for breast cancer or any other other healing. Just because a product is labeled organic does not mean it's a healthy food.
Soo much plastic waste....
