Chez Caroline holds a special place in my heart as young school boy, the owner’s son of this restaurant Mr. Kanu Sen was my beloved friend and i used to frequent his home and restaurant and eat a lot without paying ..
The korean, chinese and Japanese food, they really make it so amazing in Nepal. They make the authentic taste. Here in UK, they create according to British palate, so I had to fly to Nepal and ate Chinese food 😅

To be honest, for Nepalese for lunch, we always have Dal Vat and Tarkari chussa masu obviously😊, off course we can try foreign food like after lunch around 3 to 4 o'clock and Same thing in evening Dal vat Tawa roti Tarkari and masu as well. But we appreciate to all food and cultures. ❤
