I have a rule for myself with zits...if they are smaller; squeeze once if it doesn't come out, stop. if they are bigger, pop with a ne*dle & then squeeze until it comes bl*od...then stop.
The smaller tip saves my skin sooooo much
I just went to the Houston rodeo for the first time this year. It was so much fun! My son works for the company that puts up the big display screens, so I got to see him too!

If we all grew up with moms who were as incredible as you, we would all be in such good shape in life. yes!! Caroline is a machine! her workouts esp iron series are my all time favorite workouts on youtube. I feel like i could just do them on a loop forever and keep getting benefits physically and mentally.

Leigh Ann‼ I just have to recommend a product for you to try❗ The brand name is Hero. and the item name is MIGHTY PATCH The Original which I hardly ever need to use, but when I do it still astonishes me every time😁 Before you can even see a blemish, but can tell one is on its way, you just put the camouflage patch on over the spot and it keeps it from ever even emerging, like magic✨ If it works for you as well as it has worked for me, you'll become a fan. Ok, back to the video.
I love HERO..I LOVE the retinol, the tinted sunscreen is to die for and the redness coverup...I'm older so I also use the eye patches.
I have the hero patches but for some reason I decided to mess with it and THEN use it. bad choice bc those things work so well!!

I notice you lay Lucy down to feed her, is there a digestive reason for that? Is she not able to hold it herself? Or just a bonding moment? Not judging, just truly curious.
it’s a position to help with swallowing liquids without aspiration. we learned it from feeding therapists when she was about a month old and its helped so much. we’re working on strengthening her swallow but for now it’s still the safest way to have her bottle.
