Tower gate are, i believe, a kind of ‘knock off’ brand only sold in Lidl. They mainly produce biscuits, confectionery and cereal that are cheaper than the famous brands they are obviously alluding to - the NEO ‘Oreo’s’ being a good example

4:28 strangely enough, the original non cookie butter lotus biscoff cookies are what american airlines has handed out during my last few flights with them. They’re pretty darn good! Never tried the cookie butter ones though.
