For the glitch it’s easier to carefully do it just across, and all over the place, but always keep the line straight with no curving if you can, it works really well and looks nice.
Bud this really helped! You are our FlipaClip saviour and teacher (well 1 of many.. but still!) Also merging layers is not in premium, I don’t have premium but I can merge layers, so maybe just update I did exactly that and it worked!
When I do it lower it just erases bus with a weird effect. It erases more when you go over, it if that makes sense? Also it has a weird sorta thing where it’s a bunch of circles or something idk xD.

For pretty simple minded people like me I found another way how to do water ripples 1:Draw the picture you want,or just a background xD 2:Go to the pen (Or it doesn't matter cause your already on there xD) 3:Change it to whatever color you want (white is recommended) 4:Lower the opacity 5:Go to ruler 6:NOW DRAW Pretty easy right?

Sometimes if you go on the same thing many times over and over with the eraser, it will erase the whole thing. You will need to erase the whole thing in one go to make it not erase the whole thing.

Tip to do faster free merging:
Just try to merge without getting to the merge part just do it till its merged whole without having to buy it-
So for the focus blur, if I havd seperate layers for the same character I want to blur, how do I select all those layer together?
