Brick work looks fantastic, Amazing the speed you guys get the jobs done. When i watch your jobs you put the builders who done our extension to shame , Think i may have overpaid as mine were so slow . Look forward to seeing this job progress ,Len
Thanks Darren, for showing the hilty gun. I've never seen such tool.It explodes really hard back and can give an injury I presume if you don't watch it.It was interesting to see too.
Bricks look superb. Nice to get an idea of scale now. Wondered why they hadn’t gone for larger rear doors or Bifold but guess the location maybe doesn’t lend itself to that and they have opted for privacy?
You guys certainly aren’t afraid of hard work. When you said Bromley Road, you’re tantalisingly close to my home, I wanna come and have a sneaky peak. How do you tie the outer skin of concrete blocks to the bricks? Is it just wall ties? Well done fellas.
@@darrenthebuilder Thanks very much for replying. I was curious about joining block to brick because I’d like to build my own garden house with decorative brick to the front, block to back and sides. Saw your very open and honest costing of garden house which was also of great help. I’d love to come and say Hi, but are you able to and is it wise to give out address? I live just off Bell Green.
Hate to be the barer of bad news but the brick front of pillar is shocking. It’s out of plumb left and right. Re build it or it stick out like a sore thumb when doors and windows are in.
Save your self a lot off money buy fixing firfix to steel with tech screws lot cheaper and a lot neater job must Drill 5mm hole first and use 5.5 mm scew with washer
Nice job, MJ does quite a bit of standing still & watching 👀
Well I’ve learned something new today. Nailing into steel work. 😟 The reclaimed materials are worth the extra effort. Starting to look really good.
A good bunch of lads. I like those London bricks. Great you took the time to reclaim them.
I had a spark working for me for 20 years proper rastaman untill he got to dalston jerk shop and changed to a fashion rasta. Best spark i had

That brick work is so good it looks like an old wall with fresh pointing. You all do great work.
The next time I come to London, that's where I'll have lunch. Your lunch looked so yummy.
Nice one Darren, the gun is serious Tool....wow it went through the steel like butter...💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Build going great mate. You will have to give the curried goat a miss if your planning on squeezing down the side of block work to render 😂
Lol we will remove the fence so we’re good 😁
That's got some kickback
That Hilti gun is a beast.😳
Food looks really nice. Never tried any food like that

You’re welcome anytime
Every three courses of brick, the bricks turn round the Corner and interlock with the blocks.
Go and say hello John! I would if I lived that close but I’m a bit far away in Australia lol.

What you having MJ, Jerk pork...
MJ "Are you a Fashion Rasta?"
Too much jokes 🤣
Would've changed that pier, put half and 3/4 rather than full and 1/4.
Can't have a 1/4 on a reveal,
Against rules of bonding
You guys on price or day work??

Don’t let an ultra wide video fool you. There is no out of plum just a distorted view. Peace.
Well it’s not distorting the block work 100 mm behind it 😂
