Also, for those saying because Claire is a child and you can’t find those public records... you actually can. Claire’s name would be private but not her parents who are adults. I know this because of the custody battle my grandparents had over my mother when she was a child, which can be found online

Didn't they post pictures of her bruises? I believe her father is abusing her.. lil tay should be with her own mother, a child should be under the care of their mother if they are good of course, and of course fathers can see their own children as well..
they posted picture of one bruise from a picture that is about 6 years old. I’ve had many bruises in my life through sports injuries and other innocent things. And no she would not he with her mother... her mother & brother were the ones abusing her and created the ‘Lil Tay’ character. She disappeared once her dad intervened and sent this to court so she wouldn’t be exploited any longer
@@IvanSteff yeah I understand that not many will agree with her persona and character, I know the mother isnt perfect either but I'm sure she was a good mother to her kids like any mother, my mother wasn't perfect herself, she was a single mom who had to work her ass off to provide for my and my siblings, she would work 12 hours a day so she didn't see much of us at home and my mother was to overwhelmed from work to be a perfect mom.. I'll respect your own opinion on them though, I'll still believe lil tay needs to go back to her mother and brother where she grew up, it must be so mentally draining to be moving somewhere where you never grew up and especially with strangers.

Also In the Instagram video Jason Tian was just saying all these things to hope proving nothing. Lil Tay also hasn’t stated anything about this.

I’m sure, the dad was and always will be the source of money for that family and once he left the mother the brother was mad they had no more money. Thank you for this video! Some creators I really like (eg. READY TO GLARE) have been taking the brother's words at face value. Even a casual observer (& I tried to avoid the whole Little Tay thing because I find flex culture super annoying) should be able to see that the brother is not credible. He and the mother totally exploited Claire. I feel sorry for the father because his reputation is being dragged through the mud. I'm sure he's not perfect and didn't do everything right through the separation/divorce but he does seem to have Claire's best interests at heart - more so than her brother who's still trying to cash in. Get a real job, Bro. BTW there's an Insider article about this whole situation. People should check it out.
Im from Canada and Due to her being a minor you wouldn't be able to see her name or her parents name on the docket in Canada. If she can't afford a lawyer the courts will appoint her a child lawyer who will avocate for what's in her best interest.
Also if she was so broke she can get legal aid. Which is a free lawyer pretty much.

This just shows that a lot of things happens behi😅nd closed doors, and I feel sorry for Lil Tay and others like her that's been exploited for money and technically not having a life. For example every since 2018 she's been cussing, lying, disrespecting, and causing her to lose her childhood especially on social. And all that is by her older brother who clearly doesn't care about his little sister's wellbeing. And I just pray for her to overcome this type of situation and other situations!!! This is a full example that all kids need to lie a life outside of social media, especially when it comes to living your childhood to the fullest. And there's some counter of responsibility that the parenting to take because why after 2018 they wait so long just to do something about it?

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! The pictures of abuse he shows are from when she was like 5 years old, long before her father gained custody of her. If there was any abuse it would have been suffered at the hands of her mother or brother. You can see how calm and collected the father is in the videos, and how irrational and argumentative the brother is. If it was such bad news about her being abused, why did they take 3 days hyping it up before they announced it? If it was really that bad, they would have just said it, not send out multiple Instagram messages, hyping it up and making people wait to find out what was going on and asking for help. A simple search of the Canadian Supreme Court website shows there are NO CASES listed under her RUclips name, real name, or her father or mother's names, red flag #1. Saying "This is not a marketing scheme..." alone is red flag #2, there is no reason for any one to say that unless it is and they're trying to fool people into believing it's not. I believe her mother and brother are fighting this because they just see her as a cash cow and they don't want it to dry up. Red flag #3, the photos of the vacations he posted to prove her father stole money, are doctored, you notice the date/time stamps are removed, this is because it would prove he is lying, the pictures are from 2016, BEFORE her father had custody, and her father is a prominent lawyer, I think he makes enough money to go on a vacation. Red flag #4, her brother is the one making the posts on Instagram, NOT Lil Tay, as she has been court ordered not to. Each new post looks more and more like he's trying to prove it's not a scam, you don't try to prove a truth because you know it is, you try to get others to believe a lie because you know they will see through it. THIS IS A SCAM, unfortunately many people have allowed their emotions to over shadow their common sense and donated to it.

When i visited Claire's IG the pictures of her being "abused" ngl they look more like allergic reactions. Im under the impression marks of being abused are bruises, scars, purple/blue spots on the body, swollen parts etc. Not some tiny groups of dots. Also the description refers to Claire "Tay" in the 3rd person so either her sussy baka of a brother is behind this or Claire is now so detached from her old persona she just refers to Tay as a different person
As a Canadian there are some messed up laws that would allow her father/family to take her money :( our laws actuly help out abusers and murderers 😅 that's the sad truth and not all things are public in Canadian cort especially if it involves a child so that might be why you don't see anything but on the other hand too . My grandparents had a custody battle at the Supreme Court when my mother was a child. Those records are available which is why I know Claire’s case should be if they really were at the court. The child would be anonymous but not the parents

The gofundme mentioned gave red flags and made me feel uncomfortable.

I have a theory. Of course I don't know if it's true but my theory is that they had 50/50 custody then the mother got caught by the boss and quit her job to be Claire's "manager" and then took her out of Canada illegally against the original court order. Then it took Chris Hope some time to track them down to serve her with a new order to bring Claire back to Canada and that was when the father was granted full custody over his daughter. Also I have said in other comments on other videos that if Claire really was trying to fight to get away from her father in court then the court system would have appointed a children's lawyer to her as her age at this point she would be able to speak to a children's lawyer now.
I knew from the start it was scam and that the brother was lying, what upset me more is all these channels who are doing the devils work by throwing the father under the bus (just for nothing more than financial gain, it's essentially the same as what the brother did... exploiting Tay)
