I love reading descriptions, and always respect your insight, addictions are so easy to form & especially in these times where so many of them can be fueled right at your fingertips. It’s so important now more than ever for a lot of us to practice discernment & discipline because addictions can be crippling. Even with gymchalk I found myself consuming all day long, now that I’ve been taking care of my health postpartum I only dedicate an hour a day to watch & interact with you all. Some days are harder than others but it’s all about practice!

Oh no I hope the dehydrator is sorted I love your reforms … I love the description and dealing with addiction either shopping 🛍️..!or … with addicting watching asmr Zz I don’t chalk addiction is really relaxing 😌 for me Zz .. to escape the world 🗺️ stress Amd love powder mountains 🏔️… but shopping 🛍️ saving is more challenge that we need to accept that how we can save money 💴 I saw at a morning show how to save your money it’s all phycology ..
hi, unfortunately my dehydrator is broken and can no longer be repaired. I have to see how and when I can and will buy a new one. I don't think addiction is relaxing either. As is hitting rock bottom after every high. And saving money is actually quite easy. Sometimes at least. More on that in the video description today. Thank you for your support and I love my reforms too. Sometimes they work out well for me, sometimes not so well, but that's just life. 🥰
