that wasn't even the worst part of that clip, if you look closely, you can see the healer standing within range of the aura of shadow dmg that boss emits, you can also see the mage standing far from the boss in order to *NOT GET EVERY CAST STAGGERED* that pally/tank just killed their group, mainly the healers fault tho, you never stand in range to heal, tell your tank to face your back to your team if u really need that extra range, but from healing that boss in the past you don't even need your tank to do that, u just need to stand in the corner where that mage was

you also failed to realize their healer is a reject, look at him stand within range of the bosses shadow dmg aura, staggering each and every hard cast that holy pally's have to heal, which is all of them except holy shock, most the fault is on their healer, but to your credit he shoulda shield walled extremely early the second he saw his pally eating that aura of shadow dmg

I think Powerword: Shield has a 12 second cooldown but I am not sure. Earlier in the fight you can see the priest gets low and gives a shield to themselves (you can see the debuff the shield gives on them). I don't think Powerword: Shield was off cooldown when the warrior received the Renew.

Only hitting shield slam and revenge for the longest time. Boss hits 50% before hes like "oh I should put up demo and another sunder" For some reason has auto attack on his bar, which he seems to spam.. a lot? Never uses bloodrage for some extra abilities on pull. Never does a quick berserker stance swap for berserker rage for extra rage. Boss is at like 30% before he's like "oh yeah I should use shield block shouldn't I?" Healer is dead before he's like "oh yeah I have CDs, I should hit last stand now" Never hits shieldwall, Never uses his grenades. Healer is dumb standing that close the entire time and getting blasted, but how do these people even hit 60.

One of these clips is from like 1 month ago lol. Dungeons IMO are the biggest risk, specifically pug dungeons. It just takes one moron, and it's extra risky if you're tanking because you'll most likely be the one dying first as other scurry. As for people with major CDs off while dead, yeah it's silly but sometimes in a panic you may forget however that warrior and the paladin had SO much time so no excuses other htan being stupid. I try to with every character have all my major defensive cds close to each other with hotkeys, and I have a mental checklist of consumables+cds to use if I have an emergency. If I die and I used everything possible, it's a lot better mentally.
Warrior from last clip here, yeah I played horrible, but what made me play even worse was trying to figure out why the heal was dying (been some years since I did this boss). Couldve easily saved the run even with the heal dying had I only pressed shield wall and gotten some sunders up earlier. I kinda just froze xD

The final clip with Rivendaire is the epitome of classic andys. Everything goes wrong but noone even thinks of it. Hpal spamming flash instead of holy light when people are already low, and standing in the aura, rogue just dying, tank not pressing any buttons like come on.
The guy was clearly getting helped/boosted. It's normal for them to stick by the booster unless directed otherwise. As a rule, it's usually bad to accept boosts from non-healing classes. They can't do anything if you pull too many mobs. I guess mage could be an exception, but that's about it.
@@Unavenged I get that, but I find when I help people, I have to be very basic with instructions, like, for example, I might tell him to LOS, but I would also point out that a lot of the walls in there won't actually work as LOS. Often, when I've been boosted by really experienced players, they have me wait in one spot, they kill everything, then have me loot. Me, when I help, I prefer them to be more active so I can judge their gameplay. I guess it's personal preference.

Thorns, the pet takes the thorn damage after the last auto attack finishes him off, so the guards treat the druid with thorns as hostile. Always been a nice bug in early wow.
Worth noting - it's not "guards" but just a single guard, no other came running towards him, not sure if he was just not in range of others or if the zoom cut us off from seeing them. As to why exactly that happened, i suppose it has something to do with pets not dropping combat immediately as the duel ends, resulting in any damage against them near the end of the duel to be treated as a "first aggression" and subsequently guards put you down to protect the "innocent".
That was definitely a danger moment, druid shoulda had the forethought that this rogue just pulled 7 mobs and can't possibly hold aoe aggro so he should just run When playing with someone else you should always think of yourself first because if the other person wants to live they'll use one of many buttons to do so (speed pot, dummy, vanish, feign death, lip, LoE, swim speed pot, aquatic form)

Fair enough summary, I was very confused for a second why he hits these mobs so hard while also being filled with emotions as if it's PVP. In his defense though if the low level players getting carried don't line of sight and run when they aggro literally EVERYTHING like DOZENS of mobs then even if you save them they will just find themselves in these situations agane until they die, I've been playing with noobs, it's quite funny and entertaining to try to help them but not in HC because they always die unless you only take them places where they don't need your help.
2:04 First time I see a mage in HC that actually knows what he was doing and how the mobs in wow classic work. He didn't bail out immidiately and did everything in his power to save the people who brought him into this situation in the first place.
He was in a dungeon group pulling all the mobs while people were running into the dungeon. They didn't bring him into this situation, he brought the others into the situation and almost killed someone. I hope the others survived and he learned a lesson.

That last clip, the pally died because the first set of adds (skeletons), 1 was left alive and kept hitting him till he died, along with that periodically shadow damage hitting you every time. Legit no body noticed it until he died lmao
It's even worse, RMT has kicked in and so is inflation. Classic WOW economy was destroyed because of bots and price of consumables. Thousands and thousands of gold started to become no big deal. The same will happen to HC but even worse because there is more value to items and also the population is less and will probably start to shrink.

can you imagine how damaged his brain is?

Ok, I normally hate AOE farming mages, I normally LOVE it when they die.
However, the fact that he didn't want to just zone out and leave the AFK to die, and died because of it, earns my respect.
Question, was the afk stealthed druid a guildie or a random?
He should have totally zoned out though. Druid was in stealth and priest should have asked before helping and could easily run out anyway
I don't get why he didn't just zone out. The priest should have fended for himself, and I don't see any reason why the mobs would go after the stealthed Druid.
@@Thanatos2k The mobs did actually end up killing the druid, this was an HC elite death clip a few weeks back, major fuckups from all 3 players, and not a single one of them holds all the blame, all 3 deserved to go back to elwynn

The guard deemed him unworthy of life for losing a duel to a pet.
Thorns, the pet takes the thorn damage after the last auto attack finishes him off, so the guards treat the druid with thorns as hostile. Always been a nice bug in early wow.
Worth noting - it's not "guards" but just a single guard, no other came running towards him, not sure if he was just not in range of others or if the zoom cut us off from seeing them.
As to why exactly that happened, i suppose it has something to do with pets not dropping combat immediately as the duel ends, resulting in any damage against them near the end of the duel to be treated as a "first aggression" and subsequently guards put you down to protect the "innocent".

That was definitely a danger moment, druid shoulda had the forethought that this rogue just pulled 7 mobs and can't possibly hold aoe aggro so he should just run
When playing with someone else you should always think of yourself first because if the other person wants to live they'll use one of many buttons to do so (speed pot, dummy, vanish, feign death, lip, LoE, swim speed pot, aquatic form)

@@glorioustrump245 Vanish has a chance to be resisted, so it makes sense not to use it as a last resort, The druid also coulda just jumped off the other side of the boat and swam away but he chose to walk down the plank and let the mobs follow him
The issue here isn't that he grouped with a rogue, because the result woulda been the same if he grouped with a warrior that couldnt hold aoe aggro
Don't rely on randos to risk their lives to save yours, save yourself
@Gekk0e no all rogues are cowards, he let the druid die. He could have jumped off and dragged them at least a ways away before vanishing, had it resisted what difference would it be if he vanished sooner or later, assuming he continued to run away before vanishing.

@@appo8557There were a few things you could've done differently but the first one was the aura. Use devotion for this sort of thing.
@@appo8557 is he the only guy you killed/let die? if so that's a good job. you can see in this video how people seemingly have no interest in using their survival abilities, so someone dieing on your watch is inevitable. I wouldn't want to heal in HC, feel like if it's difficult to heal then you're not geared/high enough level for the job but if it's easy you can't help falling asleep.

Fair enough summary, I was very confused for a second why he hits these mobs so hard while also being filled with emotions as if it's PVP. In his defense though if the low level players getting carried don't line of sight and run when they aggro literally EVERYTHING like DOZENS of mobs then even if you save them they will just find themselves in these situations agane until they die, I've been playing with noobs, it's quite funny and entertaining to try to help them but not in HC because they always die unless you only take them places where they don't need your help.

He was in a dungeon group pulling all the mobs while people were running into the dungeon. They didn't bring him into this situation, he brought the others into the situation and almost killed someone. I hope the others survived and he learned a lesson.
@@Thantaros85the video is cut, but he wanted to made sure no one was in the dungeon, he opened the map and saw 2 people where away and couldn’t see the others so assumed they were away too. Is biggest mistake was to not check the minimap that would have shown him there were the other two ppl inside. Tiny big mistake by him and a series of unlucky events. Good player tho

Paladin messed up. He was standing in range of the shadow aura and tried to heal with FOL. Didn't even use bubble, just died first.

It's even worse, RMT has kicked in and so is inflation. Classic WOW economy was destroyed because of bots and price of consumables. Thousands and thousands of gold started to become no big deal. The same will happen to HC but even worse because there is more value to items and also the population is less and will probably start to shrink.

I don't get why everyone is calling out the warrior in the last clip. The party wiped 100% because of the paladin healer. He did not heal himself once, and he had plenty of opportunity to do so. Things only fell apart after he died.
