Why do we deduct advance payment twice each month? For example month 1 - we deducted already AED 1339 from total amount as deduction (2), again in the row we are deducting AED 1339 again to make net payment AED9373. Can you please explain why so ? Much thanks.
Thank you Seetha for watching and for the question. Deduction 1 is the retention and deduction 2 is the recovery of advance payment. And because we deduct the previously paid which includes full advance payment amount we add again the remaining advance payment “to not deduct it”. Also remember remember we always work with the total. 👍

My problem is you only explained how to prepare an interim payment application.
I didn't see how to prepare the interim payment certificate
it is the payment application that becomes the certificate when the client agrees to the application. So in preparing for certificate you prepare an application then when the application is approved it becomes a certificate.
