@@deadopps7037 there is no code it's a steam workshop map you can't play it in normal training you need to have steam or Epic Games but there you have to watch his video of how to play workshops on Epic Games.
Me being a console player about to switch to pc when it arrives really appreciates this video and the other one with how to download the workshop maps will help a lot. I really appreciate this channel, it is the key to my rocket league career and gives me hope that I’ll reach the top some day thx SpookLuke

Yeah they are a great addition to your training but for all you console players out there, all of these skills can still be trained in freeplay just as well with a little imagination
i'm plat 2 and i can complete speed jump rings 3 consistent in 2 mins 30 secs with an airroll here and there (obviously not troughout the whole map cuz I suck). so this got me wondering why you set this for champs.
That is more of a question of when you feel that just doing them normally is no longer a challenge, you have completed the map and your death count is at a reasonable level. You could always try air rolling and if you die more than twice on a level then go back to normal flying maybe so you can progress in stages?

Obstacle course 2 made me 20x better at aerial car control. That map is actually really good. It made my movements more precise.

It is certainly difficult but not impossible, stick with it, practice regularly and with focus and you will get it

haha yeah but you don't have to be able to do that to get to a higher rank specifically it just helps with mechanics but it isn't a limiting factor :)
