I would be so excited to see more of your personal styles and personal thrift finds. I think so many of us follow and watch your videos for your personalities and would love to see more on RUclips and Instagram of your personal styles 😍 Happy New Year and wish you all the best!!!
I found the channel via the video where you guys were thrifting boujee a couple years ago and Ryan’s style was so cute. And jack you helped bring out my inner goth. That video was perfection and got me subscribed. It was less than a year ago I found you but it was your style and uniqueness. At first I thought you were brothers lol and was elated to find other gay resellers.

Jack, you are one of the most organized, most self disciplined resellers that I watch. Make sure to add on your goals list to "give yourself grace", because you do a phenomenal job of everything and don't give yourself enough credit❤
I did not know how cut throat figs was!! Deleting my listing now…Thanks for sharing your goals! Ryan I’m with you on the itsy bitsy $15 poshmark sales! Someone needs to come slap those items out of my hands at the bins!
Great video! Hooray for the death notice on the squiggly trim! I loved Jacks video when he turned the plastic pumpkin into a vintage-looking decoration. More please! Also, Ryan, please give yourself some grace. This is not your full time job- teaching is. I think your idea of simplifying is perfect. Lori Tata always is talking about Vendoo with its delisting feature. Maybe this would work well for you in avoiding canceled sales. Happy new year to you both!
I love your videos. I came over from Lori's channel. I would love to see a back end video on all of the steps you take from buying an item and what you do all the way up to when the money clears. I have been at this for a year but I feel like I am probably doing so many things wrong. I am inventorying each item into a google sheet doc and keeping track of what I bought, when I purchased it, cost, when it sold, sold price, how much I actually bring home, and what site it sold on. I'd love to see if I am doing things correctly or if I could simplify somehow. Wishing you both luck in the New Year!
My first time at the bins, 5 years ago, I was very nervous about the process so I went to a picked over bin in the back corner of our very large GW Outlet. The first thing I pulled out was an Eskandar, then another and then another-22 TIMES! Along with that I found some Shirin Guild sweaters, another BOLO. I was sweating, my heart was racing and I was looking around, thinking everyone was going to sense what I had and come running to steal from my cart 😂
You guys! This video is the best! Suggestions: No flaws! No polyester unless its a high end brand! No wedges or open shoulder! No athletic unless size tall or lulu new with tag! OK and I love your thrift with us videos. Happy New Year to you! ❤❤❤
Bravo on the goal-setting -- very smart business strategies. One question about your sourcing: Have you sourced high-end clothing and accessories at estate sales? You've mentioned affluent communities fairly close to yours. Might be worth dropping in on the last day of those sales (when stuff is 50% off or more) French pronunciation note: La Ligne -- the e does not have an accent, so it is silent (no "ay" sound at the end)
I did sell a Martha’s miniatures dress I found at the bins for $80 the next day but I agree for the most part it’s going to my family. My 8 year old niece wore this gorgeous vintage 80s puff sleeve sweater that had tulips on it for family pics. Which I had found at the bins!
Thanks guys - great info. Amazingly enough I recently thrifted a Chrome Hearts leather jacket. I have not listed it yet and would love to share it with you and get some input
How do you consign anything? My local consignment stores make me feel dirty after I leave them. I've only consigned twice and didn't get more than $3 for a top or sweater and $10 for shoes!
I found golden goose at tj maxx during when I was Christmas shopping. My size. But I was so sad when they weren’t comfortable. I have high arches and sooooo sad that I can’t wear them. I would have bought. Soooo cute! Was glad to see how they look and feel. Man I’m filling up the comments today lol.
This was helpful guys. I have never made a goal checklist as a reseller. I've only been reselling for 2 years but it would help me to stay focus. I found The Row shoes but someone wore them to death. I sold a pair Vivienne Westwood acrylic shoes last year. I too would like to use IG to help my business. Looking forward to next week.😊
"Beautiful dresses made out of tissue paper and plastic" 😆 I'm debating moving from Mercari to Etsy as one of my extra platforms. I think of the other platforms more like networking because I think sometimes people find my Ebay from there. One thing I really need to do is streamline. I'm very fractured in how I work.
Thanks for all the good info. I need to se some goals for myself. Tell me more about listing FIGS on ebay...not allowed. Should I delist and keep it on the other platforms only?
I found The Row in the summer without knowing what I found until I did a quick research at the store. But it's a plain black 3/4 sleeve top and there isn't a material tag. 😢 It's a great basic and total quiet luxury item.
I found thom browne once. It was an amazing shirt but I couldn’t figure out if it was men’s or women’s because it was cropped and boxy polo. I listed as unisex because honestly anyone who wears thom Browne can pull it off. Took a couple months to sell but was a cool shirt to find. Kind of like when you trust your eye and don’t need to look up. I love those finds. My best sales have been when I trusted my gut or bought for myself but didn’t fit right so sold. The brands I want to find are ones I have found but didn’t know what I had until I knew and now I want to find them and be excited when I find them Instead of after the fact. Magnolia pearl, thom Browne, aviator nation are the three I want to find knowing what they are lol. Oh and Christy dawn nwt off a new rack in regular goodwill WTH. I didn’t know the brand when I did it though. I picked up for my daughter and it was too long and I was like “well I will look it up and see if it sells” lol. I have a secret thrift in New England that just had good stuff. I went to the bins and then that goodwill and from it 2 Veronica beard (current) jeans, mme lefleuer, etc etc but all I really want is aviator nation and magnolia pearl because they would be for myself. One day…. Lots to sell though from my trip yesterday. Escandar! I found to blazer shawl wrap things in the bins yesterday and my phone was dead and my cart was heaping and I put them back lol. Oops. They were like new too. The area yesterday is super ritzy. Love thrifting there and wish I could go more often.
My mercari was seriously crickets only getting one sale a month and then it was like a lightbulb went off and I've gotten so many sales like consistently on there even before the fee change....it's the most bizarre thing 😂 but I ain't mad at it

Love watching you guys! Thanks for the inspiration 🎉
my daughter found tiffany crystal candle stick at goodwill for $2. keep looking!

Great video as always! Love all the goals, thinking about mine.

That’s such a good story! I’m happy you had such an amazing first time.😱😱 jealous
I found an Ulla Johnson dress at Clothes Mentor Burnsville $2 clearance sale
I found a Tiffany and co crystal apple. I kept it to show myself that anything is possible at the thrift!
That is so awesome!! Congrats!

Micro pleats - Jack’s Kryptonite 😂
The tax goal I need 🥴🥴😂 but my main goal right now is start selling on whatnot
I found the row suede sneakers last week!!! Mens too if anyone is a size 12/13 LOL! Rooting for you guys!
Bravo on the goal-setting -- very smart business strategies.

Made it to the end

Wow that is an INSANE find!!! Congrats!!!
Jack we just sold alo leggings for $88 and lulu is our #1 seller, I’m sorry to hear that it doesn’t do well for you :(
Good to know!! I will hold on to the ones I have a bit longer!!
Yes time management is everything . We all learn to sift and filter out and focus on items that will truly sell ..

Great video. Love all the goals and movitvation. It helps me keep rethinking about how to plan and look for fun finds.

Oh no just picked up about ten pieces of figs recently first time finding so sad😢
I think most of us could be or need to be more “intentional” with our thrifting/sourcing.
I did find the row in 2024! I did that inside dance(you know the one!) And it sold for great money instantly! Was very exciting
So exciting to have found it!! Congrats!

Even on your other Channel do the demo of the Wall with the Wavy Bar & make over of the room would be great to see!
Jack - didn’t you do a live when you made that Halloween decoration?
I found Tiffany & Co. mugs! Good luck.
That is so awesome!! Congrats 💙
I found a Moose Knuckles jacket from Canada. It reminds me of Canada Goose. Have you heard of it?
Amen to the squiggly trim removal
FINALLY!!!! haha
all about thriftcation…near or far! wud be interesting to see differences in different cities
I just got a Doen dress from the bins and it sold so fast!! Someone threw it back too cuz it had a tiny stain 😮 not sure they knew what they had!!
They must not have, that is CRAZY!! 👏🏼
I like the videos ideas.
I enjoyed the Taco Bell chit-chat & Ship with me videos. 😊
Wow guys 💚🖤> excited!
Great goals the squiggly line 🧐🥸😎
Good bye 👋

My mom just started reselling a few months ago, and she found two Eskandar sweaters!!! For $1 each!!! 🤯🤯🤯
Wow!! Good for her!
My goals for 2025
Not list anything for under $35 - I don’t have access to the bins
List $2500 in items a week
Look more in men’s
I love those goals!!! We both believe in you 💙
Take the "ay" off the end of la ligne. That's how you say it. It's French, not Spanish.
