  • This is a typical Burmese food that almost all of the Burmese love to eat any occasion and anytime anywhere!!. Yee, we love it that much. The gravy is the key for its taste but there are so many recipes based on the region and the cook. I made it with fish, roasted rice powder, puree of boiled chick pea, semolina, lemon grass, banana stem ( I also put lotus root for myself) ginger, onion, garlic, chili powder, turmeric powder, fish sauce, black pepper, salt and water. Condiments such as cilantro, crush roasted dried chili, lime or lemon, and chick pea fritter, Asian squash fritter (gourd), fish cake and boiled egg are added as our own taste.
