Our Burmese tofu is different from Chinese tofu that you usually see in the stores in the US. Ours is made with chick pea powder and Chines tofu is made with soy bean. As a Burmese I eat both kinds but I prefer to eat Burmese type that we cannot buy ready made here in the US. It is time consuming to make to get this stage. Theses are our must lists. We always love to eat these dishes. Shrimp New Orleans is made with grilled shrimp, spicy sauce coming together with the rice and a slice of roasted bread. Jenny's surf and surf is made with grilled shrimp and salmon coming together with steamed rice and broccoli. If you are a sea food lover these are the must lists. Halloween is celebrated on 31st October every year in US. It is one of the US culture celebrations.

This kind of meals are every day meal for both lunch and dinner. Usually consist of some kind of meat (protein source), any vegetables: stir fry and/or salad or boiled or raw to be eaten with spicy stuff and soup.
