Watching this while eating McDonalds. I'm from Indonesia. In december, McDonalds usually sell a once in a year menu called Beef/Fish Prosperity. It's like a hotdog with spicy blackpepper sauce in it. I wish a wonderful prosperous year of 2023 to all of you!
Same in Singapore, but it is the beef or chicken prosperity meal. You can get it with a single meat patty or two (double prosperity meal.) Do Malaysia and Indonesia do the mcfizz drinks with it and some sort of pie? The pineapple and taro pies are so good!
Big Macs are still called Big Macs in Ireland , supermacs is an Irish fast-food chain which brought McDonald’s to court over the name “Mac” being copyrighted, they argued the mac prefix was a signature part of Irish history /culture to be owned by one company . They won the case and call their burgers mighty Mac’s
Subbed. You're the first mid-sized youtuber I've seen in a while who I really see going places. Keep it up. I'm proud to be one of your first 160k followers 😊
They have apple slices in the Happy Meals in the US. Here in Hawaii, you can get rice, eggs, Spam and Portuguese sausage for breakfast, and our pies are fried, not baked.
The Mc Donald's you went in Brazil is a special store that sells exclusive meals you can only find there. I've never had that Texas burger. Never been there actually, tho is near my house 😄
Correct, rendang is a beef stew. The dark brown sauce on the pink bun comes close to the color of rendang, although the color might vary somewhat. The rice dish shown is nasi goreng.
In 2019 McDonald's opened that special store to mark 1000 locations in Brazil; hence the name "méqui 1000" which represents the store and the special menu they carry :D
I have been to that one in Sao Paulo... So amazing. The desserts are incredible and varied and they have 5 real juices to choose from. The staff was excellent too.
You should definitely check out Australia, we have lots of things that these places have, slushies, toasted sandwiches, donuts and pastries and well and some signature selection burgers
There are over 1000 McDonald's in Brazil. The one you've been to is called "Méqui 1000" (Méqui is supposed to be a joke on how Brazilians say "Mc" and 1000 is because that is the 1000th restaurant in the country). Caldo & freddo is Italian for "hot and cold". Also, to Brazilians "America" is a continent.
When you come up north, most Mexicans and Canadians do not call themselves Americans. In the continent of North America the official term for people from the United States is “Americans”. North America = Canada, USA, Mexico, and Central America. South America = Brazil and all the countries below Central America. America = United States of America. We aren’t called “United Staters” 😂😂😂

When you were in Luxembourg, you were actually in a German McDonald's (probably owned by a German Franchisee). The menu was exactly the same as in Germany at that time. And I think you got the price of the Big Mac wrong. You said it's more than 11€, but on the screen you could clearly see that a DOUBLE Big Mac was 5,85€
I'm about 3/4 way through the video so not sure if you're going to Canada in this video, but here we have a lot of items that you are getting at other places such as waffle fries, donuts. Of course we have the poutine as an option. Also right now there is the Siakam McFlurry, he is a basketball player on the Raptors. It's got red smarties in it. I wanna try that. Anyways going to mcdonalds around the world would be so fun. Loved this video.
16:11 we call it here in the Philippines "Crisscross Fries". Famous fastfood chain Jollibee used to have that menu before. But Mcdonalds Philippines get back the famous "Curly Fries" this September.
In Singapore, the curly fries are called twister fries. They only have them once a year, along with what is called the prosperity burger (chicken or beef,) which has the patty marinated in a black pepper sauce, topped with roasted, caramelized onions on top, smothered in more of that black pepper sauce.
That pink drink kinda reminds me of a drink I once tried in a Singaporean local school, called Bandung (which funnily enough is also the name of an Indonesian city.) It was not fizzy, but was made with water, condensed milk and rose syrup. Wasn’t a big fan, but it was admittedly less terrible than most of the flavoured sugar water that comprises of most popular drinks, these days.

Two beef patties marinated in black pepper sauce with roasted, caramelized onions. If you get the meal, you will get twister fries (like A&W curly fries,) a drink and a pie. One year, it was a peach mcfizz (clear, carbonated peach drink,) and a taro pie, the next it was a pineapple mcfizz (the same, but pineapple flavoured,) and a pineapple pie. Both pies were the same as the apple pie, served crispy on the outside, with filling molten hot on the inside, but so good! The prosperity burger/meal is only available once per year, at Chinese New Year.

Thanks for taking me around the world
You can already order whilst seated in the UK too via the app, have been able to for a long while. We also have self service machines and very limited cashier counters, I mean very limited. (1 or 2).

Man, considering Brazilians madly love McDonald's fries I'm really intrigued now you say they are very different in the US and then the video cuts to another location and that's it. So, different how? And then, you're basically saying our fries are nothing special? And which ones are the best and why? You really got me stoked.
Japan 🇯🇵 there’s even a McDonald’s in Japan 🇯🇵 too.

I don't typically eat at McDonalds except when living long-term in the place. I did however have breakfast at McDonaolds some years back in Mexico. That wou;d have been a better time to go.
In France and the Netherlands, I also tend to eat only from the deluxe menus
I remember beer at German McDonalds! It was terrible, like dish water, impossible to get drunk on it. Well, 20+ years ago :D
