Kirstie rhymes with thirsty. Matt on the lower left is the bass singer. Matt has a chocolatey deep voice. Kevin is the beatboxer. Ben Bram is their co-arranger so between themselves and Ben, they brainstorm and do it. I saw them live on their Evergreen Christmas tour last year. It was EPIC! You can get a good idea of what it is like if you put the word "live" in the search bar with the name of the song. They are going to be performing at the Hollywood Bowl in August, I know, in LA. They just performed last month in the Bahamas. One of my faves from their Evergreen Christmas tour was "Joyful, Joyful". So much energy! Thank you for appreciating their talent.

It is so damn good! Runs about 15 minutes and is a performance they did for a music festival in Japan. I think you would really enjoy it. I would love to see you react to that. Love your enthusiasm!
Yes, or for newer performances there is professional recordings of their latest Christmas tour in dec 2021. Yes, it's Christmas, but you can choose one of the many non-christmas or vaugely connected songs they do. It's called the Evergreen Experience and some have put up clips of it on youtube.
For some insight on how they arrange their music I would recommend these 3 videos: - The PTXperience Episode 5 Time To Arrange (PTXVlogs channelVlog of them on tour in 2014 and arranging a song.) - [BEHIND THE SCENES] Can You Feel The Love Tonight? - Pentatonix (A part showing some arranging) -Pentatonix - The Recording of Evergreen (17 minute mini-doc from recording their latest album. They do some arranging and producing on the fly in that video) On the beatboxing, Kevin usually performs their whole 1,5 hour shows (with an intermission). Even through a part where the trio takes a break. He used to get really chapped lips but has kind of worked out how to do it. He even basically beatboxes for 1 hour before show (when the others are warming up their voices) because he noticed he was his best right after a show when he was fully warmed up. Noone can take over beatboxing for him, unless for short moments. In the early days Mitch actually did a few noises. Nowdays Matt (the "new" bass) takes over beat boxing for short parts where Kevin does something up front.

Been fortunate enough to see them live 7 times now. The first in 2014 on a side stage at Summerfest in Milwaukee and they most recent this past holiday tour! It never ceases to amaze me how incredible they are live. Fingers crossed to attending another 7 performances! Great work!
I’m a jazz pianist and composer, and I have been a PTX fan since 2013! I saw them live on 7-3-13 on a VIP ticket to give each member a song packet that included a song I wrote for them. The concert was insane! You DO need to see them live!

1 thing that has helped reactors to keep from getting vids blocked is to lower the opacity. I've seen them 3 times in concert and have been blown away all 3 times. If you ever get a chance to see them, do it and spend a little extra $ for the meet and greet package, totally worth it!!!
I had the pleasure of seeing them live while Avi was still with them, and it was amazing! Would love to see them again. I've loved them since their Sing Off days. Without a doubt, they are this boomer's favorite group!
