I love my oil from Young Living called “Peace and Calming”. It’s the best anti-anxiety thing I’ve EVER tried. It’s a little pricey but lasts a very long time (I’m still using mine-I use it quite often on my wrists). I’ve also been using the Le Pens since circa 1985. They are fantastic!!
I’ll have to look it up! I get constant stress from work so anything helps 😭 love that you’re also a le pen fan! I share them with all the girls at my office
Never knew those stress pastilles existed, definitely going to give them a try!
If you want the stronger version- get the under the tongue droplets or the spray version! Works wonders for me

Oooo anxiety mints I could use these! This is a great bag for work, I had a bunch of plastic forks in my bag too. Ooooo that hand cream from Whole Foods has me interested. Oh forget it if I had to have neat handwriting, my handwriting is terrible, as a child I almost got left behind a year because my handwriting was so bad. Ooo the Two Face lippie looks so does the Buxoem. I think I need to try that lip liner. Reminds me I need to get more hand sanitizer. Love your mani here too so fun to watch think I need to stay here for more, looking forward to watching more of your content! 👍🥰😙

I do love the anxiety mints but the dropper bottle and spray version work better imo. Mints are efficient for the work environment! The Whole Foods hand cream is randomly so good and I’m glad someone else does the fork thing! I finally purchased a giant bag of them for my desk at work :) girl don’t even worry, smarter people have worse handwriting! i just got my first big girl job and i bought a bag from poppy and peonies to take with me to work. i got the ‘tote it’ bag in their floral print and i’ve been loving it so far! it’s soft, squishy, lightweight and it holds all my stuff including my stanley water cup. they have other styles too, including vegan leather bags. highly recommend!!
