maybe he is just really low pressure so he cant activate the movement also is he 16movemnt or is he 32 movement his valve board since the valaves are on a board for the solenoids that could maybe have a crack in it and it casues it so the solendoid dosent get the power
They stopes making studio C stoped programming and only if it is an place keeping the animatronics it wouldn't move until the 2.0 remold but if not he will be programmed soon

the older animatronics got a air leak so they removed it
