Love making these, my only modifications are that I cut 4 pieces of fabric at the 5 x 7, 2 become my pockets which I fold in half, iron and stitch along the fold, sewing 1 to my inside fafric about an inch from the bottom and the other pocket gets sewn in when I sew around and I cut my interfacing slightly smaller so it reduces the bulk in the edges when I turn
Very nice Christine! I make a tea wallet with two pockets and it Velcro’s shut! Love the accent, so eloquent!
Thank you 😀
Very nice tutorial. I'm enjoying making these Tea Wallets.
I must admit I like making these too and have made quite a few as gifts! 😀

Thank you so much for adding this modification. I must try it. Anything to reduce bulk in the seams is welcome. 😀
