How do you make the fruit pizza it looks so good!!!

Start by making a base using Pillsbury sugar cookie dough. To make the topping, use whipped cream mixed with cream cheese and vanilla extract. Once the base is cooked and cooled, put the topping on, along with any fruits you desire. Super easy! I don't really use specific measurements I just taste it as I make it
